Don't forget, I have them all listed as well...as part of the Calendar (approved) Project!
I'll definitely get my order in for one - you could get even more ambitious you know, and do one of those rolodex 'Quote of the day' calendars.

Jedward have provided you with a lot more than 365 quotes

Found it! Thank youuuu!

I don't see the Junior Cert thing there, but five is definitely the number of As Edward listed in that German interview. That was a pretty impressive set of results, particularly considering all the other stuff they were doing (running, violin, plotting to take over the world. . .).
Do you think we should be scared? Do you think they could be evil genius and dangerous and we are in a cult and at a word from them we will do anything they say?

AS IF! They have nothing but benevolence for the world. Don't they?

This is how brilliant Edward is - the 'ghost of Michael Jackson' really was shown live on Larry King:

I remember seeing it when it was broadcast and I was thinking how much Edward has amassed in his head! Where has he even found time for all this? I'd forgotten it. It was only Edward saying it which brought it to mind.

But of course! All things our noble and benificent masters do are good. Our parents told us so, and they told us so in every class at school, remember? And they kept saying so, over and over again, in that room where they put the machine over our heads that removed all those horrid memories of our time on Planet Earth . . .

Yes, all things the masters do are good. *smiling vacant stare*

I'm not at all entirely sure I meant unless, Lisa. The old cynic in me tells me they are actually human males who'll have many temptations put in front of them. Is it absolutely possible they really will stay on the straight and narrow? I know I'm speaking blasphemy, still my mouth.

I have the greatest hopes they will always be able to hold their heads up high leading cool lives. Yes, of course they will. Won't they ...
quoting Edward: "John is my alcohol! I don’t need alcohol because I’ve got John! But if I was doing this on my own, I’d probably be one of those rehab people. The fact that I’ve got John keeps me going and keeps me strong.” so I suppose that they can help each other to avoid those temptations

I do wonder why they have this weird science power over me, though. It ain't natural to be wanting to know what a pair of teenage lads are up to, is it?

Actually seriously, a force for good or evil, they make me happy, so it's all good. It has been said the end of the world is 2012 anyway, so why not go along with the least resistance and ginning ecstasy! Nice people all the way!

Yes, that's another one, Lisa: Nice people all the way. From one of their X Factor Diaries.

Diary of a bloody madwoman here, let me say ...

Well, once Armageddon doesn't arrive before ESC, I'll be happy!

Yeah, this^ is the main reason that I think they have a far better shot than most in their situation of living up to their own standards. (Also, it's a promising sign that they are still uncynical and very stable people, despite not having it easy growing up.)

Obviously, these things are never easy. Like Floh pointed out, there are temptations in their line of work that non-famous people never have face. But, I think their values, supportive family, and, above all else, their relationship with each other, mean they are probably as well-equipped as anyone can be to come through fame unscathed in the long-term.

Even though there are temptations in their line of work, there are plenty of entertainers who manage to have normal lives that we don't hear about going off the rails - it's the exceptions we hear about. We should have faith to believe that The Twins will continue to the strength of character that they've so far exhibited over the past 2 years!

This talk of the Twins' hopes of universities has been very interesting - I incidentally had a bit of a browse of Trinity's courses, and they offer a BA in Nanoscience, physics and chemistry of advanced materials...my daughter wants to be a Nano Engineer, and the closest she could come to that at Cambridge (her university of choice) is Computer Engineering...Trinity's course would be right up her alley!

I was never like this about any pop stars when I was a teen. I mean, there've been bands that I really really liked before (and still do!), but nothing at all like what's pulled me into the gravitational field of Planet Jedward. I'm just enjoying the ride!

I wasnt a big one for pop stars when I was a kid either...I loved The Jam, and Paul Weller, but it was all about the music, I had no interest in them as people...

It is kind of cultish I suppose to be so "consumed" by two young lads at this point in my life...but once I became aware of Planet Jedward, it kind of knocked all the other stars out of the sky, and it seems I can't manage to focus on much else

But if it is a cult, its a good one, and I am more than happy to be a part of it
