Sorry to respond to this so late, but Chantelle was on tv a couple of weeks ago saying that she was unable to have children because of her eating disorder. It really does make you wonder is it just for publicity with these two.

Didn't Chantelle have the whole set up park fight pictures with this Rav guy like just few months ago, like in May or something? And here she is already so happy with Alex and just last September she was still in love with Preston

It's funny, she seems like a very lovely girl, and of course there is no saying on how fast people move on to different relationships, but it truly does seem like Chantelle is just hopping from guy to guy and doing it all publicly on the pages of a magazine...

Funny how some thought that this is the way Josie will go. And yet, there still is no new boyfriend that she is publicly introducing in magazines. That's wha they all (YES KAY, they all.... we know who) expected her to do right after her split with John James.....

I think it's best not to say on thread who you think it might be, as somebody might feel insulted (like I did at the suggestion that I might be Qwerty all those months ago).

I don't imagine either Mackie or Emilie are interested in JJJ anymore, they have both moved on, are very involved in their lives and current interests - I speak to them regularly, such lovely girls, so full of life

I spoke to 3 lots of different people at Butlins about BB/John/Josie, and the men all hated John, the women loved Josie (one woman was even from Yate!). I won't go into detail about what they said re. John, but I did set them straight


People do tend to follow who they see on TV, so Josie's are bound to go up, and they are going up really fast John's not doing anything to gain followers, but it's great that he doesn't seem to lose them at any great rate. He just has to decide what he wants to do with them. Having seen the ML Denim tweets/pics of the new products/ranges ML are doing - using John's name on brands, it could be possible that something is happening there, we will see I guess


I've always felt a bit sorry for Chantelle. She went into Celeb BB as part of BB's game, a normal person amongst 'celebs', and ended up married (in what Chantelle did say to Piers Morgan was apparently a sham marriage on Preston's part). She was thrust into the public eye at quite a tender age, and we all know how naive she was, and yet has become totally embroiled in it, as if zeleb-dom is a drug that it's hard to give up once you're on that road.

Seems to me that, any man getting 'involved' with Chantelle is guaranteed their day in OK Mag, and I do think that is part of the appeal with her, sadly. As for Chantelle, she's making a living doing absolutely nothing as far as I know (correct me if I'm wrong) but the public want to read about her and are therefore funding her lifestyle. She's not the fool here although she seems rather sad and desperate to me.

The film was Never Let Me go. Never really made it with the critics and if it was in any local cinema, I totally missed it. I found the book intriguing but the film was just beautifully filmed, focused on the love story really, very quiet, beautiful music, brilliant acting from 3 young talented actors, probably more suited to a TV film than the big screen. Very absorbing, so much so, I hardly kept up with the thread, except when Dreamer dismissed the idea that this particular Squirrel was me. LOL.

I know people chose to ignore it, but there were reports from the Ireland PA, didn't some say that Josie introduced the bloke she was with as her boyfriend, but this was poo-poo'd by others, possibly cause nobody wanted to believe it or just because they didn't want to think of Josie with another bloke - how dare she be human lol

edit: I don't recall as it was so long ago, whether this was in report-form to the AT or just from what people have said who didn't want to include it in reports. Either way it's irrelevant now lol

As you say thought, she's not publically introduced anybody to magazines, etc., and this is - of course - a good thing, as that can be financially rewarding but, it would seem, not very beneficial to the success of a relationship.

Well, Heidi, you know what I say - there is no such thing as total truth - it depends on the perspective from which you're looking at something. Yours is very clear.

I'm disappointed, Heidi, I thought you'd been reading my posts over the past couple of months - obviously not. That's what I meant in my previous post to you that people's views are not fixed. It would be a terrible world if people didn't actually read, let alone think about other people's points of view.

I was looking back at thread 32 and on some page after 100 you said 'thank heavens for fate' You were commenting about how you were glad that Govan had been evicted soon in the series as you felt John and Josie's relationship wouldn't have progressed as far as it did. And also you didn't want a BROMANCE John and JJ calendar, you said you'd prefer a JJJ one You used to be such a softie with these two, didn't ya? x

lol that's the problem with the thread now as opposed to then, people don't know what I was like during the height of the post BB JJJ 'scene', I was as obsessed and into it as everybody else, it ruled my life

It is true what I said, i do believe that - had Govan stayed in - we'd have had more b**ching sessions with Josie, seen a different side of her, there'd have been no romance for us to watch I think. The same if Keeva had stayed in, we'd have seen less of the soft side of John, they - in my opinion - would have been the same as Josie and Govan, pals together. I think that the eviction of Govan and Keeva leaving were paramount to the progress of the JJJ relationship moving along as we saw it

I remember being terrified the link to the webchat would go down because it was overloaded, and we had a list of questions that wanted to be asked, which we were going to flood the webchat with, don't think any of them ever got answered lol.
