Kelly, so happy that the meet went well and everyone seems to have had such a good time - well done to you!

I also think John's tweet is 100% sincere and very welcome. His life must be very different now. I also believe that one day, if the circumstances arise, they wil be able to talk to each other about their shared experience and, hopefully, have a laugh! They are two of the funniest characters ever to emerge from BB. I love them both!

AS for Bristolden's tweet/retweet; as I can't read it I don't know what it says and so can't comment. But I know one thing for sure: the vitriole is not down to one person, nor is it down to one 'side'. Its alot of people on both 'sides'.

If it is at all possible, I for one would love to keep it off the JJJAT!

According to Jamie (Holymoly) the reason Josie was subdued was because she had been out drinking (I have put it more politely than him ) and hadn't slept all night.

So there we go that was the reason then. I would rather it be that reason instead of her being upset over something.

I just wanted to pop on to say a really BIG THANK-YOU to Kelly for organising the meet on Saturday.
I know she went to a lot of trouble and it made the day really special.
It was so nice to meet friends old and new .
It was very like the old days for me in fluffyland where we all talked with fondness for both John and Josie.
Rob also asked me to say that he appreciates the warmth he received from all of you that were there.

We had such a good laugh with lovely people.Perfect.

Apologies for jumping in but I have to get this off my chest. It is really annoying me the way some Josie fans swarm on other people on twitter if they feel she has been negatively affected by them in any way. It just seems obsessive and over involved. I mean if you felt like your child didn't get on with someone in their class would you jump in and attack that other kid? It just seems like it is no way to resolve anything and if anything it would make the situation worse and antagonise the other person. In this particular instance I am referring to that Jamie Holy Moly dude. I mean what has he actually done? It just seems really mean to send him mass abuse on twitter in the name of defending Josie and more to show her what a big fan that person is rather than to actually protect her. I just think that she is a big girl who can look after herself and this intense form of hero worship that seems to be going on can't be good for her. Surely we don't want her to change from the humble person she was and she is not always in the right, same with John James, don't pander to their egos by making them think they are because they are only human at the end of the day and sometimes I think both their fans and indeed they are in danger of forgetting that. I'm not saying it's anyone on here I can't tell who on here is on twitter or vice versa but I have seen it going on and just had to get this off my chest (if I said this to anyone in real life they would be like who is Josie and why do you care? lol)

I agree with you. Both Josie and John are more than capable of defending themselves, and if they have got a problem with people then only they should solve it. As I have said before, I think some people think because they are defending either Josie or John against anyone who has a bad word against them, then it makes them a better supporter/fan - I would certainly disagree with this it just causes more problems. Just my opinion anyway
