I don't know, I read it somewhere on mediawatch-UK and assumed they wouldn't lie to me (because that would breach the 10 commandments).

I don't really watch BBC One, it rarely has anything of interest to me...

Sunday 9th June - 9.00pm-11.35pm - The Next Three Days (2010) Channel 5

If anyone cares the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory remake is on before it, meaning it's moved to Channel 5 now for some reason.

One of the worst movies released that year. Look at the reviews on Rotten Tomato... Not surprised at its late premiere.

Just to be clear, you do know that some of these 'premieres' means premiering on that channel, don't you? For instance Shadow on the Mesa has been on Channel 5 and Funny Games on Film Four.

Not criticising, just checking!

Dunno, those seem like cheating seeing as both of them have just moved within their family of channels, although at least Funny Games gets an HD upgrade.

Although I could have sworn I'd already seen Funny games on CH4, unless that's the original rather than the remake.

Yes, the original has been on C4, and both have been on Film4 a lot. It is the first outing of the remake on C4 though.

I still want to see it.

Saturday 15th June - 11.10pm-12.50am - No Strings Attached (2011), BBC1

Funny Games is also the 9th of June, not the 16th, my mistake,

MEA MAXIMA CULPA:SILENCE IN THE HOUSE OF GOD (2012), BBC4, 10.00-11.30pm.

This is also listed as a documentary on my end, not a film.

I heard good things about Despicable Me, but was disappointed. After a slow start it got better, only to crash and burn again. It just wasn't funny enough, but everyone else seems to like it. Maybe it was just me...

I saw the advert for Despicable Me 2 today and it seemed really funny, so I hope I enjoy the first!

We saw the first film a few weeks ago via Picture Box from TUTV (soon to disappear) and found it very funny.

I rather like the little yellow minions who seem to have their own sort of language and do all the really hard work for Gru (our delightful anti-hero).

I take your point, but I am only going by what the tv guides/EPG say - sorry but I am not always aware that certain films have premiered on another channel before. I rely on posters like you pointing these out - thank you, and so in these 2 cases they will be taken off the "premiere" list, as strictly speaking they are not.

I will keep MEA MAXIMA on the list, as some tv guides are listing it as a film.
