Doubt it, they aired Avengers before 9pm, that wasn't cut. What can they cut from IM3 anyway?

It's a 12 and some people do die in a kinds graphic way involving burning and there are some mild swearwords too. I'd say it will be cut to some extent.

I used to think the same, but then someone corrected me when An Education was due to be shown from 8.30pm on BBC2, and the 12-cert film had content after the first 30 mins which certainly couldn't be shown before that.

Just read it's edited for violence and swearing, a shame. Hot Fuzz is on ITV2 again soon for the first time in a while and Radio Times mentions no cuts, wonder if they finally show it in full?

Presumably because C4 have the rights. I saw it recently. I'm not a fan of her music but I was intrigued by the documentary. Even as a documentary it's just so-so, and the family denounced it upon release, as it mostly trashes them, and they're making their own film.

Iron Man 3 was cut for violence and language, as I predicted. I am surprised they left in Tony Stark telling a kid not to be a pussy though. Some of the violence cuts were obvious though, and others rather cleverly done so they didn't look out of place, but with the action being fast paced, they weren't ever going to be able to get it right for that timeslot anyway, so one wonders why it wasn't shown a bit later in the evening.

Mission Impossible 2 (which is a 15!) going out at 7pm on Channel 4. I dread to think what they cut from that! Iron Man 3 was only a 12!

It's quite weird the way they allow something like Iron Man 3 air before the watershed when they're were lot's of complaints about Jekyll and Hyde which was nowhere near as violent as this film.
