We bought some super soya Cumberland sausages from M&S this week and had one for lunch and they were very good. I think I can use them to make RainbowGirl's sausage pasta with them.

The Cauldron brand Cumberland sausages are nice, as are the mushroom burger things.

Sainsbury's own brand Cottage Pie is wonderful.

I tried Quorn escalopes once (not knowing what an escalope was) and they made me heave.

As someone else has said it's down to personal taste and trial and error.
