I used to sing It wasn't me - Shaggy ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2g5Hz17C4is ) ALL the time when i was young and knew every word to the chorus. My parents must have had a shock and it was only recently when I heard it on the radio that I realised how rude it was.

Don't know if this has been done before but it should be a bit of fun.

I didn't know how to speak English when I was a child, so there are not a lot.'The World Is Not Enough' by Garbage, 'Lose My Breath' by Destiny's Child and 'Rock The Boat' by Aaliyah were definetely songs that I sang without really understanding...And partly 'Last Christmas' too. This song has a hidden message

My Ding-a-Ling by Chuck Berry. I had no idea why my parents forbade me to sing it while walking down the street...

That song "I'm horny, I'm horny horny horny". I used to love that song but I though it was "My honey, my honey honey honey".

I used to know all of the lyrics of Eminem's "The Real Slim Shady when I was bout 10 but I had now idea what any of them meant.

There's A Ghost In My House by R Dean Taylor. I actually thought it was by a man who lived in a haunted house

I loved the Luniz song "I Got 5 On It" when I was a teenager, it was only a couple of years ago when I heard it again, that I realised what it was about!

The Shamen - Ebeneezer Goode. I used to love the song and would sing along all the time, but I never knew the controversy behind it until I was much older!

Virtually all of the songs in Grease have some form of innuendo, sexual humour or just blatant mentioning of sex which I never picked up on.

Pink Floyd - Near every song of the Roger Waters Era is about insanity or the hatred of politicians of the far right, again, never picked up on.

Bohemian Rhapsody - Mercury coming to terms with his sexuality - although, you really do have to read about the song to pick up on it at all.

Relax - When you want to come(cum)

Well, it's a theory, but a very plausible theory which while never confirmed by the rest of the band, has never been denied either.
