Sounds like The Voice is going to be a Cowellesque freakshow, totally unbecoming of the BBC.
And to think the numpties at the Beeb preferred to put our money into this instead of a full season of award-winning, ratings-friendly, wide demographic F1 coverage...

Also, there's one Sunday tabloid less than a year ago, and whilst the other red tops have seen a surge in sales, there's still a huge number of people no longer reading a Sunday paper in the absence of the NOTW.
From what I saw, the NOTW seemed to go bigger on TXF every Sunday than the Mirror did. Might have an effect. Perhaps that's just wishful thinking on my part...

Well, thanks. Glad someone has!
So all those times I thought "well, it can't
just be me as one of Britain's leading TV critics thinks the same", I may have subconsciously been influencing your thinking all along!
I might have "reproduced" one or two of your gags on here over the years, without ever thinking you might be reading. Hope you didn't mind...
"Doing a Countrywise" I think it's called in the trade.

My original point to ronant was that in his eagerness to have a pop at evil ITV, he may have been overlooking some copy & paste management by an organisation with a remit to produce original programming freed from the remit of having to sell ad time.”
Ooops, who mentioned Countrywise....? You've started him off again....
