which two twins are you talking about? Are you talking about the two young girls in purple tops or the two 41 year olds who had red ribbons in their hair?

*shudder* are u people mad??? They had no talent whatsoever and what was so shameful is that they actually believed they were good. I think they must be partially deaf yo uknow because if my sister couldnt sing, I would tell her so and not lie to her!

You're right - they were bloody awful.

On the other hand I quite liked the 'I Dream of Jeannie meets Bette Lynch' twins! They shouldn't have gone through, but I did enjoy watching them.

I feel a spin off series coming on. All thats needed is another set of twins then each judge could do their best to transform their pair into a marketable act. They could call it 'Twin Factor'

How Many people are in this competition?

By going by their performance on the tv which was awful,I shudder to think what the other singers were like, for them to reach the final of the Karaoke competition.

I agree. Judging by how they sang in the comptetion, I think I would win the Kareoke competition hands down!! I think the fact that they keep winning at the pub gave them a false sense of security, thinking that they were quite good when actually they are pretty cr*p.

Those twins were mutton dressed as lamb if ever I saw it!!! I can see why Simon definitely wanted them not to go through. I seem to agree alot with what Simon cowell says actually.

I couldnt believe it when the 'I Dream of Jeanie' twins told Ben Shepherd they were 41 he was like 'no, I cant believe it'.
I hope he was being sarcastic because they looked much older than that!!

We get an average of 8 acts per heat trying to get to the final and 2 acts go through each time. You have to hear them before you judge them. They sang a different song in the first heat and were not very good at all - when one went off key the other one followed.

When they put in My heart... to sing I was not impressed but when we heard them the whole pub fell silent. It was like listening to two completely different people. As for image - have you seen Closer today. Wow I can't believe it is the same two girls.

I have text them this week to wish them all the best and will be listening out for them this weekend.

Gerry D - they performed very badly on TV and the dancing was definitely not good. But have you heard them sing My Heart Will Go On?

If they can sing that then they are not tone deaf and voices can be trained. Britney Spears has managed to carve a living!

Of course i haven't heard them sing "My Heart Will Go On" & if they are that good at it why didn't they choose that song?.Your only going to get 1 chance at this competition, why go & blow it?.

Plus they might be good at Karaoke but that isn't what they are looking for.

Gerry - don't think they had really thought about doing that song until the comp and now realised the one they chose for TV and the dance routine were completely wrong.

Yeah, karaoke is different to what they are looking for but listening to some people who have made a career I hear better singers on the karaoke circuit!!

This is true, didn't Edwina Curry's daughter prove you didn't need to be able to sing, to launch a pop career, and also showed how you could manipulate the charts.

It's amazing what you can do when you've got a well known parent & some money behind you.

If anyone lives in the Burgess Hill area Gemini will be judging the next heat of the karaoke competition on 3rd October and will definitely be singing.

All are more than welcome to come along. For more details check out the latest news page at www.screamersdiscoandkaraoke.co.uk

They were really crap, but I feel sorry for people like that, who think they're good but they're not. I can imagine them singing and practising all in vain

I felt especially sorry for them when they said they work in factory packing Areo's!

Ooh, i fancy an aero now, but seriously, poor girls
