Long-time lurker here too. Absolutely loving this thread and the Daily Mail comments. Killjoys at the Daily Mail no longer accepting comments
![]() Weird that the comments were allowed through unmoderated though. Just wondering what's going on and where the diary and the RS story are going to go from here. |

Bah! Roger Waters was just about to tell her to "Shine on you crazy diamond"

Quote below is from Ms Jones' DM article yesterday about the Pandora's Box of Delights of either buying good (blindingly expensive) pre-owned clothes or hiring a frock for the day:
I’m sorely tempted to hire this for the launch of Naked Fashion on Wednesday, a book about fair trade fashion of which I’m co-author, along with Emma Watson and Livia Firth. Link below is to the blurb about Naked Fashion: http://www.newint.org/books/ethical-...troduction.pdf A contributor, yes. Co-author? |

Been away for 2 weeks and just catching up on Liz! I have been overloaded by her craziness and don't even know where to begin! The chickens' pensions! Loved the comments below this week's Dreary though, from all the RS's! Maybe the DM has now realised the comments are actually better than the actual articles and they don't even have to pay for them!

I forgot to say 'well done' to all the people who added famous names to the comments for Moans.
They were the best comments I've ever seen on the DM and far better than anything Moans herself pens! PS. I can't imagine anyone touching Moans anywhere - she looks frigid!

Yet another long-term lurker, I bit the bullet and joined because I just had to express my appreciation of the recent comments that the Mail has (surprisingly) allowed. In particular, WelshMum64's contribution made me howl with laughter. If LJ reads all these and continues with her fantasies, she must have the skin of a rhinoceros. Mustn't she?

Thank you, Seabird, for your welcome.
I totally agree with you that Liz has absolutely no sense of humour, in addition to which she lacks the wit and imagination of so many members of this forum - witness the repetition of old stories, vaguely rehashed to reflect the current circumstances. And although I can respect anyone's moral right to eschew meat or whatever, she is so inconsistent with her veganism (eating eggs? wearing leather?) that I question how dedicated she really is to her beliefs. Also, in my view as an animal lover (albeit an omnivorous one), how can she so sefishly let her animals drag out their miserable lives at a stage of age and sickness when any humane person would do the decent thing - as I have sadly had to do a number of times in the past and will no doubt have to do again? I could go on, but you all know and have already said it all. But, last of all, why is it that I can't just ignore the woman and have to read all her moronic witterings despite how much they make my blood boil? |
