Probably one of the best in corrie at the moment.. Lol, after Jack and Vera obviously.. They work really well together. Isn't it so typical that they're going to be split up? It's a good thing Kate Ford's acting has improved.. especially since the Steve reunion will probably be a fairly big plot. I love Ciaran's character at the moment, he's such a breath of fresh air.

I don't really like them together,

My fave couples are Karen and Steve and Jack and Vera.

Also Dot and Jim in Enders.

I liked them at first but now I find them totally cringeworthy together

I love Ciaran though, he's a fabulous character, although Keith Duffy can't act, bless him!

Oops I'd forgotten Jack and Vera, but Ciaran and Tracy are the new generation,
I hope they dont split them up after all.
I can see them staying in Corrie for years and become huge.

Dot and Jim are a bit past it aren't they ?
I can't stand Karen at all even though Steve is alright.

True, Keith is a terrible actor but it doesn't matter that much since Corrie is a bit of a panto.

To quote Ahmed, i HATE Kieran, I HATE him. He's just so creepy. Why does he need to bend forward every time he delivers a line? It's so effing annoying. You could never have a shot of him in close up, because he'd keep ducking out of frame. Useless great eeejit.

And how boring was tonight's episode?

I couldn't give a monkey's about the new restaurant.

Lol, I don't think Keith is too bad an actor.. Yeah, he does come across a bit of a pantomime characterw when he's trying to be charming and flirty, but when he was threatening Roy etc. he seemed quite credible. He's not completely hopeless at serious scenes. Although I do agree, it's better to keep him in light plots rather than throwing anything emotional or heavy his way..

He's doing well with the restaurant storyline, but no health scare or anything that serious please

I like them initially, because I thought they had a real strong sexual chemistry between them, and they've not been that bad in recent episodes.

It's just a shame that they probably won't last, since there are rumours about Tracy and Steve....

I don't like him either, but not for the reasons you stated. More because Duffy can't act to save his life, his voice irritates me and he seems to be in every single episode lately! Overkill...

Bad acting aside, they seem like quite a believable couple. There's the potential there for quite a tempestuous relationship.

However, as you say, it looks like Tracey will make a bee-line for Steve when Karen goes a bit off the boil.

(I don't think I've ever seen "bee-line" written down before so maybe it's supposed to be B-line! I spent many years thinking "the bees knees" was actually " the Bs 'n' Es" for some reason! )

Bee -line is the right way to say / spell /write it.
Tracy and Ciaran are very good together and have been a couple waiting to happen. But I don't want them to get together forever. I hate Tracy and it would make things so bad if she was to be on screen for longer than she has to be. In fact I wish she'd just leave to go and have some poxy singing career or something.
