Makes me wonder how they get away with it, they also said about nuts being in so called nut free dishes.

one of my nephews is allergic to nuts, thankfully he don't eat take ways for that reason

This really doesn't suprise me, i just cook my own now, so i know what i'm getting.

Have quite a few dishes perfected now.

Practice makes perfect.

As long as you don't eat them all the time I doubt they would do you any harm, same as with most junk food.

having worked in a indian restaurant, this is of no surprise to me.

there are plenty of honest, good takeaway out there. Find one you like and stick with it.

I sometimes use red food colouring in my cooking when I want that "authentic" bright red effect for my curries
