Weight loss changing diet unhealthy
I’m going on a diet and will be exercising a lot more.
Am i right in thinking that if a change my unhealthy diet straight away into a healthy diet it is going to be bad and that my body will get use to the healthy calories intake and I wont lose that much weight. This is want I’m planning to do My diet and exercise plan Is to carry on my original diet for another 4 weeks, in this time I will start exercising a lot more (not to intensive). After the four weeks I will gradually change my diet over a period of another month and starting exercising harder. I will be approx be doing around 4-5 hours of exercise per week |

when I started my lifestyle change, I went cold turkey. On monday just started new food choices and exercises. I didn't weight myself for 4 months but I noticed my clothes feeling loser within a week or two.

No. Eat less calories than you burn and you will lose weight. You can't trick your body.

I don't think you body will need to get used to the new healthier way of eating. But psychologically you might need time to adjust so making gradual changes sounds like a good way to go.
