And Seems To Be Sneezing Or Coughing

I have no idea...but I think you need to ring the vet for advice..rabbits can go downhill pretty quickly.

it could be any number of things, an eye infection, respiratory tract infection... who knows without actually seeing him

get him to the emergency vet TODAY, or make sure he is seen first thing in the morning.
as they can go down hill very quickly.
and he will have likely been hiding symptoms for longer than you think

I hate to say this, but it could be myxomatosis. Has he been vaccinated against it? You need to get him seen by a vet as soon as possible. If it is myxomatosis, then I'm afraid the outcome is not going to be good. Sorry to be so negative, I hope I'm wrong.

i have just bought another but they have not been withh 30 metres of eachother. what should i do?

should i get the rabbit put down?

Take the sick rabbit to the vet first and see what they say.

and obviously, still keep your other rabbit separate
and avoid any cross contamination
wash hands/change clothes between feeding them or handling them

Also get the new rabbit vaccinated.
