I basically agree with everything you've said.

I also agree with poster (sorry can't remember who. ) who said Quadim will end up manipulated by Yusef too. In the end, everyone is a pawn in his game (was going to write porn instead of pawn then )

Was just about to quote Clarkie when I got the "closed" message.

Sorry to hear the writing's not going too well... Multi-tasking is not one of my fortes either... Definitely not if one of the tasks includes WFCTGIO. I managed to have the outline of chapter 30 finished today - yay!! - well, at least the dialogue (or should I say monologue) is written. It now needs some serious tweaking, and some serious... errrmmm... dressing up... if you know what I mean (and no, that doesn't mean it involves un-clothed Chryed - don't get your hopes up - not for this chapter anyway )

Just went to read that ...seemingly most people not enjoying Kalfie these days....glad I'm not alone in feeling that way I do feel they are unrecognisable to the characters they were in their first stint....I loved them first time round.....can't stand them this time There's been a few great scenes, specifically at the start of the year with the grief....but mostly it's just been making up/breaking up, Alfie being annoying and Kat being miserable I think what makes it worse is they get so much screen time/long scenes too...makes me resent them that they sometimes seem to get preferential treatment above other characters!!
