It is our poor Douglas who hurt his back while picking up a hoover. Yeah really.
![]() For a start WTF was the point of that whole storyline and he hurt his back pervy Noel, his back, not his arse.

Aw yeah
See Doug should have been the love interest (if there had to be one ) would have been so much more watchable. Also has everyone seen the vid of the six formers? Gotta say Callum seems alright ![]() The moody outsider. I agree it's a bit of a shame that people are twigging the Rae thing - it was so strange that the Brendan/Rae row appeared in one set of spoilers and none of the others - they should have pulled it completely! That would actually have been amazing. And oh, I do not need to see Noel straddling Doug. Seriously. WHO DOES THAT? |

![]() ETA: Aww, no, it could have been the new Coming Out Day. Which has since been replaced by the ILY declaration day. I do love a shock following by two pages of smilies. ETA again: I think it was some time in Noel's first batch of episodes, ally. |

I do love a shock following by two pages of smilies. We don't love those kinds of shocks.

Apart from Cat Friday.
We don't love those kinds of shocks. ![]() ![]() Nothing good can ever come from two and a half pages of 'NOOOO' and and ![]() , however, can either be good or bad depending on the situation.

I remember the massaging MrL, just not the straddling.
It must have been too much for my tiny mind to take. |

So after it was pointed out on Tumblr, Ste's 'on speed arm dance' needs to be recreated. I'm imagining him doing it with a tie Brendan is inexplicably wearing.

Gareth is gone.
Was he ever real? Did you guys (mojo/c&s) meet an Emma? She's the new series producer. Guess GP was just an acting producer after all. |

Yeah we met (well listened to Emma talk) and she was Irish and fab and Emmett's really enthusiastic about her and said he's already had a meeting with her which all seemed good! |

Oh how bizarre. So who has been responsible for the last 3-4 months? Is it possible GP was responsible for that horrid period with dream sequences and tacky filler plots in every episode? And when Emma took over, that stuff was phased out again? Because I did think GP's style was hilariously inconsistent. It was very LA in style at the start, then it drifted away from that again. ![]() ETA: Oh well, we don't have to worry about GP being against them as a couple anymore. It's Emma now.

Emma's credited as Series Editor of the current episodes I think and she talked about the integration and the village feel so I'm hoping she was behind that!

I'm now just hoping GP took over, introduced silly snake plots and horrible dream sequences, then someone said 'This will never do' and replaced him.
Yeah. Clinging to it. ![]() Because it did seem weird. The show did become very tacky and weird and awful and we were dreading his stuff long-term, then it turned good again.
