Will Young has got so many memorable, stand-out live performances, and it's hard to choose between them, but one of mine is this one from his arena tour

What's your favourite/s?

Friday's Child - the ending on the last tour particularly was fantastic.

So many to choose from though, and I do love his little anecdotes, it's a pop concert with a bit of stand up thrown in

Stronger at the Royal Albert Hall, years ago. I felt he sang those lyrics;

'It only makes me Stronger, when you say I can't do it'

with such intensity that I still remember the goosebumps to this day, although unfortunately it wasn't recorded. It was like he was verbally sticking two fingers up at the critics, he really had a battle with harsh reviews and numerous predictions of his imminent demise in those earlier days. I've always thought of him as an iron fist in a velvet glove, he must be to still be going so strong!

Love the camera work - I'd forgotten that outfit, how very remiss of me

Editing to say it's all about the voice of course

I doubt there is a video of it but I loved his reggae version of Over You at the New Theatre in Oxford on his first theatre tour.

Agree - it's probably my favourite Will song still after all this time.

I've seen a few brilliant performances of Grace as well

Only just found this - what a great thread gertrude ...

I just LOVE Will's live performances, his voice is really something special ....

His music on his studio albums is just fab and you don't think he could sing any song any better but then he goes and sings it live and he just blows you away!

As for my favourite ..... I don't think I could name only one ...... every time I listen to him sing a song live it becomes my favourite until I listen to the next one .......

All of the first Ronnie Scott's gig. I was so close even though I was in the back row. RS Club is tiny!

Will singing the cover of "Hanging on the Telephone" live from the new Dermot O'Leary Album now on sale, is a lovely version.

Would anybody have the video of this performance?
