And Britney does indeed hate interviews, so that's another reason why we shouldn't really push her to do more revealing interviews, but her interviews are still interesting at least...
And of course, as a Brit fan, I would love a heartfelt interview, but I want it to happen when she's ready and I feel like there are artists out there who try to act like liberated, "ask me anything" kind of celebs, but they are rehearsing every single word of their responses.Just saying...”
Nobody expects 100% open and honest interviews with singers but at least say something interesting. Yes, she likes Vanilla candles, yes, the crowds are exciting, yes you have 6 or 7 costume changes on this show, yes, you love Europe, yes, you love what you do.... Its too repetitive.

They're just bland, and uncomfortable to watch at times! Also, Beyonce has always tried to keep her personal and professional life secret, e.g. no confirmation that her and Jay-Z were dating/engaged/married. I was surprised when she announced her pregnancy so publicly, but it gained publicity and basically blocked the media from speculating about her private life by shoving the truth in their faces.
The breakdown is most definately the catalyst in this. Larry, Adam, and Jamie have control over her and are being too protective over
her and her
money-making abilities. Blackout stuggled without Britneys protection and Jamie's control, whereas Circus nearly doubled the sales with their input, they probably THINK thats the key to Britney's success, even if it isn't.
And a heartfelt interview? Britney: For the Record was the last glimpse of a heartfelt interview from Britney in my opinion.
