The ring is very nice. There are pics around the web. She looked gorgeous last night.

Daily Mail story on the engagement party.

They had to put some negative spin on it () but the pictures are cute.

I think Christina could take a few tips from Britney on how to wear a Herve Leger dress.

Britney in Herve Leger.
Christina in Herve Leger.

Joke.

But not really.

Just been reading Britney: Inside The Dream (her biography). I must admit it's well worth a read for any Britney fan. There was a lot of stuff I didn't know.

Just rediscovering And Then We Kiss don't know if i prefer the remix or the original either one should have had a video and full release one of my favourite Britney songs

I like And Then We Kiss too. I sounds like a good bridge between In The Zone and Blackout, much like Circus was later.

I know an album like and then we kiss would have been Awesome we could have avoided Circus then its not a bad album just a little odd almost like it should have preceded Blackout i'm annoyed B in the mix 2 has no new tracks

Yeah it is. I was excited about that album until I realised it was made up of all old remixes. (shame)

On another subject I've only recently got back into Britney. I sorta gave up following her soon after she released 'Lucky' I know, it's shameful. I started to like her a lot after she released 'Womanizer' but still wouldn't have called myself a fan but after she released the giant eargasm that is 'Till the World Ends' I've become slightly obsessed with her and realised that practically everything she touches is gold. I bought Femme Fatale and couldn't believe what a great album it was, bought tickets for the tour and now I've ordered all of her back catalogue of albums. She's practically all I've been listening to for most of the year.

Britney = Queen of Pop (even if it took me over a decade to realise)

I think I might buy the Femme Fatale DVD at some point.

Gawd, that Jason Alexander guy gets on my tits.
He's saying that he thinks the marriage is a sham for her conservatorship.

Is he the 'childhood friend' from the really short (48 hours or something?) marriage?

Her Las vegas one is very good. An amazing theme. It's for her dream within a dream tour. I recommend it.

Yeah it looked amazing, i do love the "Britney" era it was evident she took elements of her influences...the cover of the DVD with her in an Elvis get up really reflected where she was as a status

And no her hubby-to-be isnt "famous"....well he is NOW but he isnt prolific in any other way i dont think.

I reckon Jay-Sin and Britney have rapid True Blood sex!

I know i've always imagined what the blackout tour would have been like

And no JT is like a manager or something more behind the scenes and surprisingly older perhaps why it's working out better ?

And haha just watch the ciminal vid

(just realised jason trawick justin timberlake= JT im saying nothing )

The Blackout tour i feel would have been a circus in itself i feel.

Something macabre and kinda bad taste. Like an interactive John Waters movie from the late 70s! I can imagine kinda punky styles, underground settings...like an underworld of Punk/Trance/Club styles perhaps like the album itself....colourful but distorted.

In some ways i wish they re-released Blackout in 2008 so we could have seen it...but t the same point....we must think of Britney too...mentally i think it would have pushed her a lot.

And while Circuses are "scary" with clowns and mystery...they are loud and colourful and bright...so Britney could do a Circus theme much better than something dark and complex really...and also the sets, spectacle could hide her emotions a lot...like the album really.

True enough she could hide in an ornamental bird cage much better than being in the full glare playing the Joker.

And her next few records may pick back up some of the Blackout vibe so we might get a crazy dark punky tour yet

I always thought that if she did a tour for Blackout it would look like the Circus themed parts of Madonna's Girlie Show. They were darker than what Britney did on The Circus.
