I'm not going to hate on Larry Rudolph becomes he has had such an important role to play in Britney's career thus far however I do think that she needs to freshen up the team around her... she needs a record label that are willing to invenst in her as an artist and help push boundaries and be more creative and innovative BUT also Britney needs to step it up a gear and have more inspiring choreographers that are willing to take risks and try new things.... I want Britney back doing what she does best and that is SING AND DANCE!!

Pharrell Williams might replace Dr. Luke as co-executive producer on Album 8, according to new reports.

Pharrell plus Britney = Britney!
I imagine he'll go for an Urban-Electro-Pop route, which could be brilliant. Plus, he'll bring back people like Danja who know how to make magic with Britney!

I think its just a sick rumour lol.
I personally dont want Britney to work with Pharell or The Neptunes on her next album....it would totally not move her forward and experiment as much I dont think.
Not only that but shes taking 2012 out to spend time with her family, get married, her conservatorship (i think) ending, she may enter the studio later this year if she is planning it....however i predict album number 8 we wont see at the earliest until summer 2013 possibly.
But IMO I think she should mix it up more, work with Rusko like she wanted for Femme Fatale, work with Massive Attack or something, have a real trippy, intensive album. And after MDNA will hit it big this year, Solveig and Orbit will be sought out again...and I really would like to hear what Britney could do with them perhaps too as that will be on trend definitely

If the rumour is true, then YEEESSS for The Neptunes and the urban sound!! The collaborations sound... strange, but anyway. Britney working with urban/ REAL electro producers is all I want from her music. The ideal album no.8 would have production credits by Danja (need I say more? ), Bloodsy and Avant, The Neptunes, Billboard and new fresh underground producers 
Anyway, producers aside, the perfect follow-up to 2 rather manufactured albums would be a BRITNEY album. Britney needs to be in charge, call the shots, decide the direction and pick her collaborations. That way, maybe she'll be more willing to slay the stage since she's going to be promoting HER songs and not Dr Luke's songs instead

I haven't been pleased with Pharell's recent work but he could suprise with album 8
I hope she learns not to rely on Max Martin with album 8. I feel she has relied on him too much since her debut.

I think they've produced some awesome songs together, but it's very telling that two of the three albums that are considered her best don't feature him at all.

Although I agree it would be interesting to see what Solveig and Orbit would produce with Britney, I think it's a bad idea that they work together so soon after MDNA, because it'll just give Britney a lot of stick from people saying she's just copying Madonna like Kylie got for using Stuart Price on Aphrodite.
Britney working with Pharrell would be fun too, I like the idea of her going urban/electro again but I want something out of the box too. Would like to see Danja work with her again.
Regardless of who she works with, she needs a far better promo campaign for the next era, that's the most important thing. Britney also needs to try and get in shape in advance for the next era so all of the album's performances are kick ass from start to finish.

I'd like Britney to start doing more collaborations. I think Will.I.Am's material is beneath her tbh, but BFB was a banger, so it will be interesting to hear the new collaboration. I've heard they did one more song apart from BFB for FF, so maybe they'll rework that one and release it...

It's just a rumor. I think she just said that she likes the show and wouldn't mind appearing on it. Modern Family isn;t one of those comedies that attracts high profile people to guest star so i would be suprised.
I'm hoping the 'Modern Family' guest appearance actually happens... it would be the perfect show for Britney and a great way to restart her acting career.

I hate Will.I.am so i for one not feeling another dreary auto tuned collab i like the idea of urban britney again but as others have mentioned she missed the boat.
And i know it's a shame its only a rumor and as it its an alt com show wld it happen ?

My wishlist for producers on Brick S**thouse (2013) are: Danja, Bloodshy & Avant (Doing trancey songs like Unusual You, TTYH, Heaven On Earth), Billboard, and maybe one or two Dr. Luke tracks (Because, lets face it, they make catchy, radio-friendly tracks!). Overall I'd like it to show two sides to Britney, the darker, gritty side - Danja, Billboard, maybe Pharrell; But then show the fun, lovable side to her - B&A, Dr. Luke, Billboard again. This is just a wishlist though, It mightened be cohesive enough as an album. Blackout worked because it had a dark undercurrent throughout, whereas Circus didnt work as well because they tried to mix pop with Blackout's energy...
Basically I would settle for either a happy or darker album if those producers were involved.
