People will always call Britney "fat"...because she is a target. But whatever to em...the truth is that she is a very lovely lookin bangin lady!

And i agree....i mean Blackout is a very "album the critics got wrong" album aint it...it very much gets finer with age i feel...i mean nearly 5 years since its release right...and it still sounds so very slick.

Ive just been on amazon and noticed, Playlist The Very Best Of Britney Spears, No cover and no track listing out may 29. Jive already released two greatest hits, I would buy it for the collection but be nice if it was unrelased material!

Ahh those Playlist albums

Yes they have released loads of them. Mariah carey has one. They are usually cons when the tracklisting becomes clear.

Anyone know if she is recording her next album yet?

I was listening to 'In The Zone' earlier and I have to say it's really amazing. I hadn't listened to it from beginning to end for 2 years! I love this album, wish she had released more videos actually. My favorites are 'Breathe On Me', 'Early Mornin', 'Touch Of My Hand', 'Toxic' and 'I Got That Boom Boom'

It is a great album. I must listen to it in full again at some point. It's best played loud when everyone's out!

I love those songs you mentioned I also love Outrageous, Me Against The Music, Showdown and The Answer from the bonus track version. It's my third favourite Britney album.

I love 'The Answer' too, great urban pop track. It used to be my favorite when I first bought 'ITZ'. I'd like Britney to rediscover her urban edge a little, which is why 'Inside Out' was one of my instant faves on 'FF'.

After listening to 'ITZ' again, I think it's become my favorite Britney album alongside with 'Blackout'.

I am gonna relisten to In The ZOne again....Again i feel like re-evaluating it...i personally feel it is the Perfect Britney album tbh.

It is eprsonal, functional, sensual and really does have a diverse production...sure i love Blackout and love Femme Fatale to death too....but something about In The ZOne.

Something about Pop in 2003 overall actually

I bet if Britney did an urban pop album it would be really good I'd be really happy if she did an album like that for her next one. In fact ITZ had a great mix of different styles.

I'd like her to do something crazy for her next album to establish her status as a leader. A mixture of different genres (like trance, electro, drum n'bass, r' n'b and of course pop) with really catchy lyrics (a little bit of a shock value wouldn't hurt either tbh ).

But whatever the case, at the end of the day I just want her to promote her material with real passion and energy, that's the priority. And a return to the big award shows is a must!

I want her to do an album in the near future that she is actually proud of to say ths is a great album and not "this is the best so far because Jive said so..." ya know...i mean i absolutely blast Femme Fatale still....but i didnt believe for every minute that she was believing what she was saying.

I agree. I love 'FF', it's a perfect electro pop album, but she didn't sound present or powerful. It was more like Dr Luke, Max Martin and Jive feat. Britney Spears. I'm expecting much more from the next album, though and I wish she could have some songwriting credits too. Then she can indeed be proud of her songs if they mean something to her

Yeah what i am possibly gutted about with Femme Fatale is that her Rusko collab, Orbit collab didnt make the light of day. Which were her ideas primarily so that is the main snag with it i reckon.

But yeah its still solid...but personally i may underhype it and then expect the unexpected.

I'm thinking about those collaborations too. I don't know how many songs each did with Britney, but their contribution would definitely change the sound of the album. Imagine how 'In The Zone' would sound without Bloodshy and Avant for example!! They only did 2 tracks IIRC, but they changed the entire vibe of the record!

I feel like 'FF' did re-introduce Britney in a way that 'Circus' failed to do. It showed that Britney can be current, take the trends and move them forward (i.e: dubstep breakdown) and it showed that she can still be a leader if she wants to. It's her first album to spawn 3 top 10 hits, so she's become a household name in the iTunes generation!

Still, Jive were about to call it a day, so they wanted to play it safe. I hope that RCA learned something from the now infamous Bionic massacre and won't be too controlling with Britney. They can advise her, they can even choose the singles if they want to, but when it comes to the studio sessions, no interventions please!

Both of them are TUNES!

Britney looks gorgeous in the pictures from the Twister dance shoot. It's great that she's keeping up the dancing, if she still keeps active she shouldn't be so stiff doing the earlier choreography of the next era.
