Like someone said before, this is where she will be judged (Ironically) hardest. Although, she has said that she wants to nurture young talent, so the more personal aspect could suit her. Logically, critiquing dozens of people in front of hundreds of people (Who are instructed to be like a panto audience and boo at any bad comments) should be way harder that a more intimate environment where she can be helped by her management!

Live Shows... Iunno. I'd say if she gets her outfits/image right (Like Cheryl) her comments won't be that important. How often do the judges say anything constructive in the live shows, it's normally positive positive positive, or "I didn't like that" basically. If people see Britney looking awesome and healthy they'll care more than if she looks a little tired or dishevelled and gave the most constructive comments/advice, ever.

I think this phase of Britneys life will be one of the most important and inspiring for her tbh.

She is 30 now, possibly focusing on where to take herself next. So this is a massive step for her...and she can balance family/private life with the media/showbiz lifestyle with The X Factor. And yes that is true if she really does show off glam outfits and reinvents her image slightly then the rpess will mainly focus on that than constructive or...."constructive" comments put out there tbh.

A the end of the day we will all be watching the show now for one reason only and that is Britney herself.

Apparently she's becoming a tough judge and told a bad contestant that "This is a show for great singers, sorry!" OUCH! Good she's being honest though and not the robot people feared just saying she liked everything through a clenched smile! Go Brit!

I cant wait for Britney to go back in the studio. Maybe with her recent XF success and confidence she might feel like taking charge and bringing out a fantastic record. I would like her to work with Max Martin and Dr Luke but not so much maybe 3-4 songs.

I'm really getting into her 60s/70s style songs like Rock Me In, Abroad, and Dangerous! I think I'd enjoy an album of them!

I think it would be a great juxtaposition between her futuristic pop robot music and groovy, psychadelic, fun music.

There's a warmth to the songs I named before too,... they're very endearing and catchy at the same time.

60s/70s Britney would be a very risque and interesting move. I wonder how it would be received because we don't really have anything like that in the charts just now, it would stand out.

I see her continuing from Femme Fatale and hopefully with her renewed confidence from the X Factor, she will get more control and create a Blackout/FF hybrid for 2013/2014. Increase the trance/dub influence in her songs. Would love more trippy e.g. Trip to Your Heart and then I want hip-hop/R&B Britney to come back maybe a bit of Diplo, Demolition Crew - bring back Danja - best work that producer has done was with Brit!

I want every one of these elements, plus the psychadelic, having an album!! They wouldn't work together though.

I think an Unusual You/Trip to Your Heart/Heaven On Earth type album would be epic and commercial enough.

I think a Danja/R&B/Electro Pop type album is what the fans and critics want seeing as it'd be Blackout 2.0/2.5/3.0 (Depending how you rate FF).

And I loved the dubstep, grimier aspects of Femme Fatale. Diplo is going commercial though, and it doesn't really seem to be paying off (Nicola Roberts, Beyonce, Usher) so while I love his music... I'd like him to stay away from Britney. Dubstep is a in pretty much 80% of pop songs nowadays anyways... the trend will fade soon,... so I'd prefer her not to do this type.

Psychadelic/trippy can work together beautifully, Heaven on Earth and Trip to Your Heart are prime examples.

Diplo I think is very much being snapped up left right and centre but I think he still has something extra to give and if Britney grabs him maybe he can give something good to her. Usher's Climax is an outstanding production, Run the World is great too and Beat of My Drum is sonically very different to anything on the charts. I think there's at least another sound to Diplo and if he unlocks it I hope it's with Brit cause it could give her a hit.

Yes yes yes to Danja!! I'm not sure if you've heard Gang Bang by Madonna but the producers of that, the Demolition Crew are amazing and if they worked together with Danja they could really give that dark/edgy album the fans/critics are looking for. Dub/pop/hip hop at its prime.

Increased dubstep in the charts isn't a bad thing as long as its used in a unique and interesting way. Brit could always use it as a commercial failsafe if anything.

That is the no.1 thing I do not want too, not another Circus! That was just there to hurry Britney up and not really a progression from Blackout. I am concerned that a rushed album could be likely if Britney does more X Factor next year as she will no doubt be aware of X Factor promo and the impact it can have on the charts.

But fingers crossed for 2013/4 Blackout/FF hybrid!

You're very right about Psychadelic/Trippy working, I phrased it badly, what I meant was R&B, Trippy, Dubstep, etc. maybe being a little all-over-the-place on one album. Cohesive is what we want. The more upbeat songs could be Psychadelic Groovy pop, whereas the mid-tempo ballads could be trippy and dancey.

I also agree 100% abotu Diplo. I loved all his mainstream productions lately (Except Climax... can't warm to it), but they dont seem to have connected too well to most people. The chart stats arn't really in his favour at the moment. I think I prefer his remix of Circus to the original though! It's sinister.

I just listened to Gang Bang off your recommendation, and I like it, I wasn't blown away by the song as a whole, but the production was mega in some parts! I could almost hear Britney's vocal suiting it. But then again... I wouldn't want her trailing too close behind Madonna in a sense. But yes, a similar style would be great. The dubstep element is in that song too, and I amn't saying it's a bad thing, I love dubstep-lite, but we want Britney to be progressive and not a follower.

Madonna and them on gang bang and Im Addicted on MDNA are phenomenal production/songs...and Britney would really adapt to real Dub with it.

The Princess in the light of the Queen tbh! And venre fusion can work so well...Circus is a poor example....I mean avain i use M as an example...Madonna put Pop Psychadelia, Techno, Trip Hop, Acoustic across the Music and American Life albums phenomenally! And they are classics not to mention Britney did it so well with In The Zone too with Trippy Pop/Ambience and Funk/R&B jams throughout!

I reckon Britney will make some intense Electronic sounds, Dub elements elevated and some Retro/Old Skool Pop sounds will be adapted in with it too...it will work brilliantly.

It's great to see a more confident and coherent Britney on The X Factor USA, it seems like this could be the making of her once again HOWEVER, her style, make up and hair need serious improvement from what I've seen so far, it's a bit of a disaster to say the least, here's hoping she sorts her look out by the time it comes to the Live shows. Also I definitely think Britney could do with losing a little bit of weight as she's looking slightly on the heavier side.

I can't wait for the series to air in September, I'm going to be glued to ITV2.... It's Britney BITCH!!
