CNBC I finally did it! Took a photo of my Britney stuff! Unfortunately I couldn't find a couple of DVD's (Live from Vegas and For the Record), but the majority of my stuff and all my CD's are included.

As for my iTunes, some of the albums you see there that aren't Britney (eg Miley Cyrus) are only there because they have a Britney song or collab song on them. I only have Miley's there because I downloaded SMS (Bangerz) with Britney

Glad you like it It doesn't look like much but it's still good. I'm gonna try and add more to it. Some of that stuff I've had for years but the perfumes I only bought in recent times. Did you see the doll? Where would you get more Britney merch? Hmm that's interesting... I shall ask on Exhale or Universe or some other Britney forum and see if there are any other fans who have/had that poster! I seem to be the only one who has it.

Oh Mimi I've got a question. Have you got your copy of 'Britney' handy? Could you check and see if Before The Goodbye is listed on the back of the CD as it isn't listed on mine but for some reason it's on the CD and it came up when I imported it into my iTunes?

I do have "Before The Goodbye" on my copy of "Britney", yes.

I buy the Japanese copies of albums mainly because they come with extra tracks and another reason is because they come with OBI strips, which all Japanese CD's have, they're like little strips that go around the left of the CD and advertise stuff about the singer or about the album and I just love them lol I don't know why I have a strange obsession with them I think they look cool.
But the main reason is that I've bought the album when it came out, and then discovered that the same album in Japan has extra songs/remixes so I've wanted those as well to get the full experience of the album, so I then end up with more than one copy for some albums.
And wow I had no idea BOMT had 11 covers!

Yeah I read it somewhere online a few months back. It was on some website about unreleased Britney songs. Cool. Is it listed as a bonus track on the back of your copy of the CD as it's not listed on the back of mine? My copy only lists When I Found You as a bonus track. Did you get a poster with your copy of 'Britney'?

Yeah I have "When I Found You" as well . I don't remember getting a poster with my copy.

Ah right. The poster I have is a signed one and it has an advert for Crossroads on the other side of it. I bought it in an independent shop, wonder if that has anything to do with it? Still puzzled about why Before The Goodbye is on the CD but not listed on the back of it or in the booklet.

Yeah there are several different album versions as well .

BOMT- the international had 1 extra song Deep In My Heart and the Japanese had two remixes of BOMT and Autumn Goodbye and I'll Never Stop Loving You.

Oops- International had Girl In the Mirror UK also got on re-release You Got It All And Heart.

Britney- International got When I Found You Uk got Before The Goodbye Spain also got I run Away

In The Zone- UK got Don't Hang Up and The answer

Blackout- Japan got Get Back and Outta This World

Circus- various editions including Quicksand, Rock Boy etc

FF- Japan got Scary

Interesting. I've got the UK versions of BOMT, Oops and (according to the CD tracklisting on my iTunes) Britney, the European edition of In The Zone and the UK version of Blackout. Here in Ireland the iTunes version of Circus comes with Quicksand and if you buy the whole album you get Rock Me In and Phonography as well. Get Back and Everybody from Blackout are also available for download on there, but not Outta This World or Scary. Some of the other bonus tracks from earlier albums are available too. Strangely enough the Chaotic EP is not available on iTunes in Ireland

Outta This World and Scary are on the Japanese versions so I think they're exclusive to Japan only.
I know that the reason they put a lot of bonus tracks on the Japan versions is to try to convince the Japanese people to buy the album, see, CD's are very expensive in Japan because they have to import all the materials to make the CD's/Jewel cases etc so they have to charge more, a CD in the UK may cost £10 but in Japan it would be around £18-£20, so to combat the Japanese people importing albums for cheaper the labels started putting Japan exclusive tracks on their version of the CD's to get more people to buy them.

It used to be the case that the UK is the largest Anglophone market outside of the US so incentives were added in the same manner.

Deluxe editions have more or less voided various international editions .

Being an 'older-than-average' fan I've never bought any Britney merchandise in the way of dolls or posters and stuff but I do have all her albums on CD plus several CD singles, all her DVD releases and I have some of her perfumes, Curious, Circus Fantasy, Midnight Fantasy and Island Fantasy. I want to try some of her other perfumes sometime. I'm not too keen on Circus Fantasy but the other three scents I adore and wear regularly!

Oh and of course I have various mp3's of songs that aren't on my CD's.

Just saw this with regards to Britney's Las Vegas residency...

^ Just reading the review of Vegas now. Oh dear Hang on - if they complained about the Vegas show, then why is it selling out and why are they extending it? I was supposed to go to the Circus tour in summer 2009 but I heard afterwards that some fans complained about her miming at that show. I also had trouble getting tickets. It was for the 02 in London and there was a problem with the seating. They wanted to put me up really high where I wouldn't have seen a thing and that wouldn't have been good It would have cost £180 for two tickets plus airfare. I wouldn't have needed a hotel as I would have stayed with my friends in London. Shame!

Anyway... I do think that article is rubbish. Is it true Britney doesn't have internet access? I thought she used the net but her use was monitored or restricted? And she has a computer (Mac too), I saw it on I Am Britney Jean.

She must have internet access, she is one of the most successful popstars of all time and if she is beign restricted like that then I'm pretty sure that's illegal.
And most reviews of Vegas I've seen have been pretty positive.

She has a smartphone. I saw a pic of her a few months ago talking on it. She's got a Twitter and Instagram and all that stuff so she has to have internet access. I'd say she uses it but isn't allowed to read anything negative about her, but I could be wrong. I watched some Youtube videos of Vegas and I thought she was back on form.

Yes, I think especially her performances of MATM, WB and Gimme More show she still has it in her.

I loved her Vegas performance of Gimme More/Break The Ice/Piece of Me. I've been trying to do the Break The Ice dance but so far I haven't succeeded Loved the Work Bitch one as well! Anyone who says she's past it is wrong.
