That's the place which is officially the most expensive area to live in the whole country, isn't it? Which is why I don't live there, much as I'd like to.

Ian Mckellen lives on the same street as me, as does the guy that started the Lib Dems, David Owen I think his name is. There are quite a few celebs around here, in Wapping which is just at the end of my road Graham Norton has a flat, & Robert De Niro has an apartment near to Canary Wharf aparently.

When I was a baby we lived in a big house on the Isle of Man, apparently we had Norman Wisdom on one side and Francis Rossi (Status Quo) on the other. Now I live in boring Grantham and the only vaguely famous person I can think of is the guy (is it Roger Hargreaves?) who wrote all the Mr Men books!
