BBC - permanent red button

I've got a Humax Foxsat HDR and in the last couple of days on all BBC Channels the red button prompt on the top right of the screen has become a permanent fixture (is visible constantly)

Is anyone else having this issue? or have any ideas of how to get it so it dissappears after a couple of seconds as before.

Thanks in advance...

This is already being discussed here.

I don't have an issue but I have network connect to my TV and HDR for iPlayer, do you have a network connection to your HDR?

Prease green to get rid of it.

Thanks for the link and the green botton work round. I don't have a network connection to the HDR so that isn't an issue, what's strange is it suddenly started 2 days ago for no apparent reason (?).
It would be nice if i could get it back as it was before, pressing the green button to get rid of it isn't a major problem but an irritant

I was suggesting the lack of a network connection is causing the issue. I have a network connection and the red button goes away after 30 seconds.
