Apple turnovers

My apple turnovers are great when i make them, but it doesn't matter how I store them they are always soggy the next day.

Any suggestions on how to keep the pastry crisp ?

I don't think you can keep pastry oven crispy, you would have to re-heat it in the oven for that.

Greggs apple turnovers are one of the best bought turnovers..

Can't beat homemade though.
