Alesha's dress is horrible! Tess somehow pulls hers off though, she looks quite good!

Some of the contestants' outfits are just awful though - Chelsee looks horrendous, Edwina's is so unflattering and Anita's is just a bit strange!

Thought Alex Jones looked classy and simply beautiful, Tess' jumpsuit was a shocker, Alesha's dress and hair equal shockers(shame since both Alesha and Tess are such beautiful women), Chelsee's outfit looked slutty, Robbie looked sexy, Audley looked amazing, and Brendan looked fab! Also V&F looked beautiful.

Clearly there is a job lot of diagonal hem dresses this year! (Anita, Aliona, Natalie).

I hope for Edwina's sake that War Drobe do get to like her in the end lol - that dress is MOST strange! and that they get her to learn some poise in posing for photos!

It's the same style she has on in her promo picture, isn't it? I think that could be her "thing" this year, and I wouldn't be surprised if we saw the majority of her Latin outfits split in half, in much the same way Lilia had those strange cut-out-outfits-with-a-band-round-the-middle themed outfits a few years ago.

I really don't think the wardrobe department know how to dress anyone who doesn't have the typical dancers body. I really hope what we have seen chelsee in so far isn't a sign of what's to come

I am normally very critical of the outfits Tess wears, but I actually like that yellow peril jumpsuit-thingy. Very few people could pull off the fishtail dress that Alesha is wearing, but somehow she manages to look stunning in it.

On the other hand, I loathe what they have done with Chelsee; the poor girl has enough to bear, what with being unable to spell her name properly, without having been styled as a slut. Hotpants? What are they thinking of!!! And Edwina's dress is just frightful - shockingly unflattering.

Okay, so we have different tastes! Chelsee does look strange, but I still think Alesha looks stunning!

I quite liked Alesha's dress, but not the side pony!
Liked the cut of Tess's dress, but am rarely big on yellow and this time was no exception.

Brendon looked smart, James looked cold

Edwina's dress almost looks like one of Ann Widdecombe's which has - unsuccessfully! - been altered by removing one sleeve.

Chelsee's outfit is horrendous.

All the others look fine - even good - and Lulu's dress is particularly flattering.

The pros all seem to be dressed the same, despite James removing his shirt.

Agree Chelsee's outfit (what there is of it!) is not too flattering in the photo

However,upon seeing her in the TV trailer, when - similarly "dressed" - she comes bouncing (literally) towards the camera - my hubby nearly choked on his cuppa, and could only say in response "Good Jesus, look at them go"!

I've not seen the TV trailer! I want to though
