Hi i'm new to this so thanks in advance for any help you can give. Problem have just purchased Bush freesat+ digital tv recorder, when i record anything it is there when i go to bed but gone next day have tried to protect recordings but doesn't work, can anyone help please?, have tried phoning bush but am constantly first in queue and never get answered.

when did you get the box - as I have an old Grundig which is the same as Bush - and no problems with protecting recordings - will send details in case its the same - sounds like a new model though

this is a discontinued model - did you buy it new? if so I would take it back to the shop, get a refund and order a new Bush from Argos - seen in their catalogue that there is a 320GB PVR that is selling for £160 - not seen any reviews yet, but its got to be better than the one you bought which is an early model

ok cheers for that, have just spoken to bush they suggested i try something, if that doesn't work to take it back .

The £160 320gb Bush box has been removed from sale by Argos, even though it's in the catalogue an item number search on the website returns an item not found error, there is a £126 Bush or could be a Grundig or Goodmans box that returns a currently out of stok message when trying to reserve via the website as well.
