Jimi Mistry - nice guy, very enthusiastic - I think he was a good dancer and he had a lot more to give - felt he was undermarked and poorly treated at times by the judges.

So basically two of Flavia's guys - I would have liked to last longer. On the other hand I think Craig Kelly lasted much longer than he should have and Jimi Tarbuck really should have gone out in week one before having to pull out.

Ray Fearon
DJ Spooney
Tina O'Brian
Gabby Roslin
Zoe Lucker
Stephanie Beacham
Jade Johnson”

I agree Craig should have gone way before he did. I didnt think he deserved to stay over Lynda Bellingham

Yeah I remember that - Darren got quite upset about it on ITT and he was castigated for speaking out but he was right! Lynda might not have been brilliant but she was much better than Craig - at least she could entertain and she didn't let her nerves hinder her!

I forgot about Gillian. I was surprised the night she was sent home.

Stephanie I'm okay with because she did say later that she was only doing the show to raise money for her daughter's drug rehabilitation programme, plus she was in a fair bit of pain when she was dancing. One of the nicest celebs though.

I really warmed to Don Warrington and felt he could have been one of the few men over 40 to ever be considered a challeger had he stayed.

Jodie Kidd

Voted for her twice the night she left, still cant work out how that happened.

Tina O'Brien would be my no.1 choice - She only lasted 5 weeks, doing only four dances and I thought she had potential and hadn't quite done herself justice. I don't think Jared fully managed to get the best out of her.

Zoe Lucker for me too - she should never have gone out when she did, I thought she was robbed

Agree with all these, especially Austin. Snowdonia lives on!

I'd also say it was a shame SCD5 did not conclude with Gethin in the final - although I suspect if it had, Alesha might not have lifted the trophy ...

I would have liked to have seen Gillian go further too. I surprised she went out first - Anton looked absolutely gutted.

Being a relatively late starter to the SCD phenomenon I can only say from series 6:

**Austin** (yep still bitter) - not because I thought he was better than Tom but because the dynamic of those two battling it out in the Final would have made classic tv!

Zoe Lucker
Jade Johnson
Jodie Kidd (should never have been an elimination the week John S walked)
Jimi Mistry
Scott Maslen (shame on BBC scheduling).

All bar Jade were victim to Judge favouritism too.

Austin! Austin, Austin, Austin.

It was the "worship the ground Lisa snowden walks on" year so he didnt have a chance!

Two for me, lovely Jade and also Zoe Lucker. Jade and Ian were my fave pairing everrr, OTP. And after that awful samba, I reckon Zoe would've been a lot better than Ali "Blinking Doe/Ward" Bastian. No more inhibitions etc. I agree about la Beecham too

Jimi and Spoony was deffinitely robbed! I would have liked Jodie and Gillian T to have gone further too.

Stephanie Beecham - absolute class! I was at the live show the week after she left, and somehow or other she was in the plebs queue waiting to go into the studio between the live show and the recording of Sunday's show and there was some delay in the studio. She was merrily chatting away with us, totally down to earth and really lovely. I also liked Chris Hollins as the day during that series, we went we were all queuing in the rain and he came out during a break and chatted to the queue. Apparently he did this every week. Nice guy!

Just a reminder for all those mentioning Kelly Brook - she had to retire due to the death of her father.

I do wonder how much further Kelly would have got in the competition- I think she may have got to about where Letitia managed, possibly a little further.

No names to add to those already mentioned but when talking of Snowdonia everyone always mentions Austin but she also won a Dance Off against Cherie too. Whilst fast Latin was not Cherie's thing I still feel robbed at not seeing a James/Cherie Tango - am sure I would have loved it far more than any of Snowdonia's overrated stuff.

My list of injustices, major and minor, features Carol Vorderman, Ray Fearon, Cherie Lunghi, Zoe Lucker, Jimi Mistry, Felicity Kendal and DJ Spoony, but principally Gabby Logan and Martina Hingis. Gabby I think was one of the best dancers to have been on the show and might have developed into a deserving winner. Martina was a victim of xenophobia, as Holly Valance may be.

What gets me is that apart from issues of injustice is that it would have been so INTERESTING to see people with talent go some way in the show and we never got to see it.

Kelly Brook is a superb dancer; I have seen her on the live show. Perhaps she should be given another chance, given the reason for her early departure.
