I have a lot of green tomatoes left on my tomato plant which won't ripen this late in the season. Does anyone have a good recipe or ideas for what to do with green tomatoes?
spicy green tomato chutney, made it last year and again this year and really good with cheese, and if they had gone red would of still made them into chutney/salsa.
not just of the book, but Fried Green tomatoes are wonderful. My gramma used to make them when I was a young. She used her big Beefsteak tomatoes from the garden.
