Chipotle in adobe - uses
I bought a tin of these the other week and am going to open it tonight.
I saw a nice steak recipe where you fry the steak with onions and the chipotle then deglaze with beer so am having that tonight. The only other thing I can think of putting them in is a chile/chilli. Any other ideas? |

I hope you meant adobo... chipotle in dried clay doesn't sound very appetizing.
You can make a Chipotle Dressing. http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/fo...-Dressing-2341 Really good on fish tacos. |

Would this work in a goulash?

I'll have to see what the taste is like and how smokey they are. I know that goulash is paprika heavy but more of an earthier paprika flavour.

I was just wondering as I had a goulash that had a quite smokey paprika taste and it was very very good.
