Indeed. the distinction I would make is between the 'legitimate' entertainment industry, and the sort of thing KK, KP & PA get involved in, namely the routine trotting out of all aspects of their personal life and the vicissitudes thereof, for tabloid fodder.

I'm pretty sure neither of them (but particularly Aaron) is going to want to get involved in that sort of thing beyond a quick cash in in the immediate aftermath of the final.

Put it this way, 6 Months from now I'd rather see Faye presenting Channel 5's replacement* for OK!TV than appearing on it discussing her relationship.

Someone should have asked Brian if he'd been genuine with Amanda in bb8. If it's "yes", they why would Aaron have to be different? If it's "no", then maybe he's just projecting his own qualities onto Aaron.

Faye's been great, but it seems they have a new line of attack every time she appears on a BB-related show.

I hope she remembers, now that she's outside, that she's now seeing a highly edited show, if she thinks about the 'presents' twist etc.

But surely Katona-ville and being continually in our faces are not the only alternatives to disappearing.

Imo if a housemate is going to stay in the media, it shouldn't be for their private life; it should be for some talent or ability they have (which could even be for presenting). There are many minor celebrities who've managed to keep the details of their private life private rather than making them their career as Kerri, Jordan and some others have done.

Also, re Brian and (though not so completely) Nikki, aren't they 'continually in our faces' only in BB-related things? What I don't like about the route Brian's followed is that he seemed willing to do anything they offered, to the point where it seemed he had little dignity or self respect. (Like Carole Vincent this year, and I sometimes wonder about Jonty too.)

Harry, Faye and Mark are doing something together at the moment (presumably for BBOTS). Harry made some joke on twitter about Faye announcing she'd split up with Aaron which he's now retracted. He said (Faye is sat next to me and told me off)

Don't read too much into that Chris! Firstly he is a private person, telling faye or the other HM's ar BB is very different to telling a random stranger.

And secondly, he is already aware of how he is being perceived and he doesn't want to keep declaring undying love for faye and find out she has changed her mind out of the house. He already said to Tom "If she's still speaking to me" when Tom brought up the wrap party!

Yup - he's just being guarded because he doesn't know how Faye still feels and probably also because he is talking to a stranger.

It's a very interesting dynamic actually! They've switched positions! weeks ago it was Aaron who was reasuring Faye, He knew how he felt and he knew how Faye felt and he understood why she would be nervous and cautious about him given the outside influences.

Now Faye is outisde and hasn't been shown anything to put her off Aaron, and she is the assured one who is confident in her love for Aaron, and he is in the house not sure of what she has been shown and how she feels. the difference is Aaron doesn't ahve faye to reassure him, so I'm not surprised he is guarded and refuses to discuss her!

To be honest, this is even further proof to me that he isn't playing a game with faye's emotions! He'd get much further in the game and more airtime and sympathy by rolling on the diary room floor weeping over her. the fact that he is being so guarded proves o me his feelings are real and at the moment, like Faye a few weeks ago, he doesn't want to look like a dick'ed

I agree with that, He must wonder if Faye has seen whatever it is that makes her Mother and Jem not like him, not that he has a clue what that is.

I took it as maybe meaning yes, because of the way he said it and that Lee guy seemed to pick up on it too.
