I couldn't find No-Bake chocolate but I did find No-bake Orange cheesecake.
I also have a no-cook chocolate tart. Last edited by PhoenixRises : 10-09-2011 at 15:12. Reason: Add links just incase you fancied a look anyway. |

Thanks, I've made that tart before.
I'll Google the Baileys one but I won't add Baileys as I don't drink but I'll adapt it. |

I used the Baileys cheesecake but without Baileys, I made it with; 250g digestives, 100g melted butter for base. Then I whisked 300ml double cream, added 500g cream cheese, 100g icing sugar. Then I crushed 2 Cruchie bars.
It's now setting. |

It's now setting. With regards to cream cheese, i used Philadelphia in my cake and i wasn't too keen on it. So i ended up putting a little more Baileys (coffee flavoured) in and i used dark chocolate to take the bitterness away from the cheese. That made it taste much better

I find Philadelphia has a very distinctive taste. It tastes like Philadelphia no matter what I do with it, so I stay clear of it now. But I do wonder what most people use
