An hour is not enough, I am finding it very frustrating.

100% Agree 1 hour is not enough with this years big brother.

Surely them hiring live stream editors for the rest of the series mixing in adverts would pay for the expense.

Found myself for the first time in ages missing live feed today. This, for me, is the best BB since BB6. Absolutely compulsive viewing.

And not even getting that 1 hour of live feed after evictions as promised has really pissed me off.

Like i said though any members going to an eviction need to start a "Bring back live feed" chant.

So do I! It is such a let down when the HL and BOTS finish and there is nothing further to watch.

So what we spoke about last week is coming off?
because people are liking the mixture of HM's this 45mins per night just isnt enough.
So C5 will pickup theres more talk about feed and bung the post eviction on but what will that prove? a load of people sitting down waiting to pee and smoke and nothing else.
Jeff fords comments are sounding so crazy now I really hope someone from endemol has the balls to tell the guy the chances are they missed out on making a small fortune on a feed..And maybe more if they stopped with the stupid Geoblock and open it up like the rest of the BB's around the world.

Only 11 days into this series and many are saying this could be a good one this year but the lack of live feed is making it
hard to enjoy and get into the show properly.

i agree money is to be made from not geoblocking live feed

The one hour live feed, when and if it arrives will be too little too late for this show,it should have been 24/7 from the start

Jeff ford's comments on viewers have moved on from watching hm's sleeping is true but the viewers haven't moved on from wanting to watch then when they are awake

Wake up Endemol before its too late to save BB

the thing is, this series really is turning out to be one of the best, after a disappointing serie last year i didn't have any hopes for this years, however it really is the best since bb6/bb7, i feel were only getting to see what channel 5 wants us to see, these late nights discussions i would just love to be watching live! , making my own mind up whos bitching about who and laughing at things live, i didnt watch BOTS last year but im finding myself watching this year just to see whats happening, and it is such as shame they'd rather have some person typing updates on twitter and facebook on whats happening rather than letting the true fans watch it live and make money from it, they seriously are loosing out here, they've got a brilliant series on atm , and they could make it even bigger but i guess not haha

Its funny you wrote what I was just thinking how stupid does that sound now? 'moved on'...
at the time the man must have thought they had this all sussed and proves what hes really about when not seeing it was a massive mistake and trying to sort it out.He runs the entire network he has the power to act and wont.

This series could really be a classic with live feed. It's fantastic! It's just missing that one special ingredient.

the thing is, i wouldn't wanna watch them sleeping, but i mean all the HM's this year are youngish, and their not going to bed till early hours of the morning, so theirs always something to watch, i think it was chris and shivonne last week that didn't go to bed till 4/5am, and it was getting light, and theirs so much bitching going on, and seems to be a lot of laughs this year too and we have to make do with 45 fillping minutes! , channel 5 should realise these housemates are interesting and fun and its a house like weve got this year which live feed will make it soo much bigger!

They had the money for DEEF EVIL but chose to put it towards social application

Ford said DEEF EVIL was just people sleeping and it would be very boring

Jeff Ford is the director of programmes at Channel 5. He became a hate figure on these forums when he tried to explain at an industry event last summer why they chose not to do the live feed. AFAIK he hasn't commented any further publicly on the matter, but it still gets brought up daily on these forums as if it's some new angle on the whole thing.

i doubt we will hear anything from Mr Ford until maybe august where he will proclaim big brother a massive hit for channel 5 .. etc.

By playing it safe hes more than likely robbed Channel 5 of a much bigger Victory. He could have shut everyone up by just taking a measured risk on extra coverage this summer but again didnt.

Yes I agree I miss it too, can't see why we can't get even limited live feed. Maybe an online feed, a pay as you go/monthly one like we had before or evening live feed like in the past.

Not sure how others feel.
Since Channel 4 Axed the show they have been in a right mess really?
C4 axed the show not really having a good idea to replace thats showing something very suspect in the planning there.Yet In his now infamous 'moved on speech' he used details and data from C4.

He wouldnt stand there and tell people hes taken advice on a bank account from Fred Goodwin but C4 is fine when its basically accepted now when they axed BB they didnt have a plan of action utterly insane from a Nationwide TV network.
