I've just eaten a piri piri ( with added chilli ) chicken one with basic salad stuff , iceberg lettuce, toms, cucumber and onion with some low fat creme fraiche. It tasted good and I think it's quite healthy.

never combined carrot and hummus, I like lots of red onion with my hummus.
