Alison King is a brilliant actress by far the best on Corrie.

Hello I've only recently learned where this section is

I love her. She could have been a Corrie cartoon vamp with those looks but she is clearly extremely talented and they write really well for her. I cannot recall such a complicated character played so well in any soap for years.

She is pretty darn amazing, my fave actress atm
and looking at the preview clip for wednesdays episode on the corrie website next weeks not to be missed.

Carla is my favourite character - I always seem to go for these characters I loved Ronnie in Eastenders too - why do I always go for the tragic heroine lol

The best thing about Carla is that she's not a poster child for abuse like Ronnie was (although I liked Ronnie too) there's something in her that's like millstone grit. I cannot really articulate what it is, but she seems stronger and more vital somehow. Ronnie seemed to know the shroud of tragedy was all around her, but Carla's ripped holes in hers so she can see out.

Alison King was amazing tonight! The whole episode was fabulous. I think the build-up to the rape storyline has been really good and it seems to be shaping up to be really quite gripping.

I felt so bad for Carla - the scene where Frank walked back in was horrible, but wonderfully acted.

despite being a straight woman I am a little bit in love with Ali King.
she is such a bloody talented actress, i can watch her scenes over and over again.
