Aww, Russell has tweeted that the car taking them to ITT is already 45 mins late and they might not make ITT - I so hope it gets there soon for them

And didn't they both look FAB? Loved Russells bright pink jacket and Flav looked absolutely stunning in her gorgeous green dress!! I loved the colour.,....she looked amazing!!

Don't forget Flav and Russell are on BBC Breafast tomorrow morning, and it also looks like Flav will be on Radio Surrey at 07.50.

Finally caught up with ITT

Words cannot express how much I love watching our team, they're soooo much fun it's infectious They are definitely stealing the show for me (for all the right reasons might I add ), so much so, I forgot who else had been on tonights show

Flav looked stunning in that dress as per.....really liked that colour on her, oh and can't forget Russell and his matching cushion Couldn't stop laughing at their Campometer VT either and Flav's brilliant reaction!

I'm also loving the new Flav we seem to have as well! It's nice to see her being really chatty on ITT and also throwing the rule book out the window Can't wait to see what she's come up with for the Salsa and to find out their song! *go Flav*

I really enjoyed ITT during the week While I always loved Claudia, I think Zoe is doing a great job and managed to fit loads in. The feather boa clip last night was brilliant

I think those that are likely to vote in Strictly are mainly people who wouldn't be likely to miss the end of it to watch XFactor, so hopefully it won't have too much impact on any of the couples....I think they are still better on closer to the end so that they are fresh in peoples minds still.

Finally caught up with all the ITT and this thread and so enjoyed it all. Russell and Flavia were just brill on ITT - and soo funny and cute together and the extra bits of Russell were wonderful. In the birthday box and with the feather boa at the end. He just makes me laugh out loud. And also, as you say, the difference in Flavia! She is letting her personality show with Russell.

Love this thread so much to read and watch and listen! Sorry not been posting, been really busy but caught up in the end.

Can't wait to watch them tonight and what Flavia has dreamed up for them in the Salsa. Her choreography was spot on last week so couldn't believe it that Karen had a go at a fellow pro, when in fact Flav has got everybody loving Russell by giving him a routine that suited him down to the ground.

Before the first show a colleague of mine asked me who I was going to support and I said Flavia and Russell. She said oh I love Flavia but I'm not supporting that fat plonker. When I saw her on the following Monday she said she had absolutely loved their routine and is now supporting them - going to vote and all!! She said she had no idea he could dance like that and be so likeable. So it just goes to show that Flav got it right.

Not long now - looking forward to seeing Flav's outfit too woohoo.
