not been on this thread much but she was SO fantastic and she'll be missed by me, I would have hated any of the girls to leave but Amelia was pretty special

Amelia is a really talented young lady and she will go far. Definitely my favourite this year and felt that she was Kellys best chance of winning. I think that Kelly made the wrong decision and it should have been Janet that went home as she is too one dimensional whereas Amelia and the other two girls are more diverse. I know Kelly had the hardest decision tonight but this was definitely the wrong one. I also like Sophie but Amelia is better than her too!

Best contestant was sent home, such is the unfairness of life.
Will miss Amelia and her powerful performances every other week. Best wishes to her in future.

i watched all four girls on demand again to see if id missed something about Amelias performance i thought she was the best girl on the night and watching it again she was robbed

I know I've been extremely vocal on this forum regarding Amelia's exit, and I appreciate that Kelly must have had a real problem on her hands, but God how stupid could she have been?

I don't know what her logic was for sending home Amelia (maybe it was the completely inappropriate song Kelly gave her) but all I ever saw was a ready-made star who only needed a contract. Maybe Kelly took the safe option and thought "Oh Amelia doesn't need this show as much as Sophie" but even that would have been a stupid reason - considering that would mean Amelia deserved a shot.

The fact that a lot of the public could see a perfect star with overwhelming amounts of potential yet a woman who has been in the music business for 20 years and has been in one of the most respected girl-groups ever couldn't is extremely worrying.

Considering she probably can't even audition again, I think she should go on The Voice. It seems like a fairer competition than this pile of shit.

Amelia sounded really accomplished when she sang Piece of My Heart at her audition. After her performance on Saturday I thought she had a promising future on the X Factor as a rock chick. Now that all the auditionees I liked have been sent home, I have nobody left to vote for.

Do you really think she would want to audition again after the way she was stiched up?

I would also like to see her do The Voice. I am not sure 'The Voice' would want to take an X factor reject.

The X Factor producers don't deserve a second chance in all honesty. Amelia deserves to be in a competition like The Voice where her talents are truly appreciated.
