Fair 'nuff. I agree with you. But seeing Chryed with said baby afterwards, the hospital scenes etc. would be amazing, and having to watch Zainab grudgingly accept that Christian isn't all bad, having to watch her thank him and then try to get on with him - that'd be freakin' hilarious.

I reckon, if there is a fire, than Amira will have gone before hand - Yusef's plans will have backfired, so he'll suddenly snap and just set fire to them all. Because that's what we all do when things don't go to plan.

as much as I love Christian and Syed, I sort of don't want them to have a massive part in the conclusion to the Yusef story. I feel this is all Mas and Zee, this is the thing they have spent years running away from. I think I remember Masood saying to Zainab in 2008 about them carrying the scars from the past and pain which still hasn't healed. They need to both have a big part in the climax to the story for any chance of healing themselves and their family, not saying that C&S can't help. It's a bit like the little mo fire, she had to go through that to be really free of him and I like that they were only included in a small part of the ending but most of that finale was all her.

What they could do, although I hope they wouldn't be evil enough, is to show the house exploding with no Christian coming out and then they don't find a body, so we all presume that he's died . But it turns out that he's been kidnapped by Qadim (in a Yusim plan) and eventually he'd escape and then return

I'm not sure if EE would be that elaborate though

It started after some people were talking about it, and because I was writing a fic that mentioned the glove I replied to someone saying "interesting you should mention the glove.." and I think it was Gem who implied I had a fetish :sleep: So then Cookie made a whole big thing that I was married to Qadim's glove and we had children :sleep::sleep: then he left me and went off with Chicklette I think...I can't really keep up anymore Basically, I'm not going to live it down!

Christian helped deliver her baby and save his life, and she still hates him. I don't think there's anything heroic he could do to make Zainab admit he's not all bad. She already knows he's not all bad- he's proven it time and again, she just will never face it.

I think if anyone should be doing the saving, it's Syed- twice he's been involved in disasters and has been the victim, and needed rescuing by other people. It'd be good to see him rescuing someone else. We know he would.

I think, though, regardless, Zainab will be trapped in the fire and Masood will save her, kick-starting the reconciliation process.
