Kay hope you're ok, totally understand you need a wee break. Just a wee one mind!. Anyway as you know I'm not one for long winded talks lol! So all I'm going to say is I believe like Lover that they are meant to be together, I have nothing against either Luke or Sherrie but I didn't join this thread to talk about them . And as wacky as this might sound I am still comfortable posting here as I still appreciate them both even when they aren't together . I'm still on the bench and will be here until that day when they realise they are meant to be! xx

Feelings on events from an angry head, a rational and objective head and finally a fluffy, fairytale head:
N.B - Anytime I refer to 'they' etc etc .. I'm not trying to smear everyone of being of the same mind, mean disposition or to tar all loys with the same brush (as their happen to be some LOVELY LOVELY ones!) - So it will read as a massive generalisation but it is only aimed at those who do act this way!
ANGRY perspective -
The anti-Josie loys are nooooot happy about it, are they??? Can they actually hear how PATHETIC they sound?! They accuse Josie of lying for not daring to divulge every inch of her personal life immediately the way they expected her to (like the way they condemned her for sharing TOO much of her feelings about John pre and post split)!! You'd think they'd be glad and relieved that she is seeing another guy ..
And remember, despite all their protests on how so very uninterested they are about her life and wishing her ill, sending her abusive tweets, they STILL continue to: scour the web for every itty bitty detail they can find to twist and yell to anyone who will listen about how BAD she is!! they continue to go out of their way to mock those who DO like and support Josie and to be abusive to her supporters (likewise some of the muckers do the same to John and his supporters and it is not cool from whoever you are - whoever you support) They stiiiiill spend the majority of their time on social networking sites to slate her for anything and everything .. and use any opportunity to make digs about her character. And yes, they still read everything she says and watch every show she appears on (just in case she does something they can pounce on!!) BUT they scream and shout about how they don't give two figs about her!! Hmmm,, they sure waste a lot of time and energy on someone they apparently couldn't care less about.
RATIONAL AND OBJECTIVE PERSPECTIVE (ish) - Josie has taken these near 6 months to mend and hopefully heal her heart before starting a relationship with another man. She did not parade a new object of affection in a public magazine a few measly weeks after splitting up with someone she deeply loved.. and has not (yet) given an interview on this new guy. (This is not a dig at John) She was bound to start seeing someone again someday .. she couldn't have waited around for John for the rest of her life, could she? It was inevitable that she would get snapped up she is a gorgeous girl with an H'AMAZING personality
She deserves some fun and happiness. (And if he hurts her, I will kick his sorry behind!!!!) I hated the thought of Josie being lonely while John was supposedly the 'happiest he's ever been.'
Now the tables have turned, I hope hope HOPE that John really, truly is as happy as many assume he is. I also, hate the thought of John being lonely while Josie is apparently so happy (maybe the happiest she has ever been too?) It may feel strange for him to know that she is with someone else now .. just as it was for her.. we don't know his relationship status at the moment and I imagine he will keep it this way now.
The question comparing John and Luke's hotness was idiotic!!!! (Clearly, it's our fella - 100%!!) But I was getting angrrrrry now when I read that! Similarly, my blood was boiling when the same mag compared Josie's vital stats to Sherrie's - both of these comparisons were unnecessary!!!!! But then, as John and Josie's relationship was their first in the public eye - their relationship with each other is always, always, ALWAYS going to be compared even if they do get married to other men and women!!
FLUFFY, FAIRYTALE PERSPECTIVE: 
All I've ever wanted was for them to be happy (yes, originally that was with each other) and if this is the way they are happier - so be it! If they really, truly are as over the moon, doing cartwheels, feeling butterflies in their stomach, on top of the world joyfully happy and content then I am happy too... I don't want them to be sad or angry any more.
I had been worried about them both so much .. it still feels weird after all these months to hear about them being in other relationships (however serious or casual these are/were/will be) .. I still do not want to see any pictures of this fella (sorry Jose) or of this girly (sorry John) - that is my personal preference or read about either of them! However, if this is forthcoming I will simply squeeze my eyes tightly shut and sing la la la with my hands over my ears. I'm not interested, sorry. Knowing you are happy, is enough.
They may be apart now and this is just the way it has to be for now. Who's to say that will be forever? Someday they could easily be friends again. If they are in happier places then the anger, bitterness, resentment and grudges have hopefully subsided .. They will certainly always carry around lovely memories of each other and have a special chamber in their heart reserved for each other ...It still doesn't feel like their 'story' has finished.. their happily-ever-after has not arrived .. their angel fathers will be watching over them (as Conchie's legendary post spoke of) .. who can say how this story will conclude? Let's keep watching the wheels, keep appreciating, loving and wishing them wonderful lives .. If it's meant to be, fate will intervene ... but no matter what it was love, it was REAL, and it was bloooomin' BEAUTIFUL

RATIONAL AND OBJECTIVE PERSPECTIVE (ish) - Josie has taken these near 6 months to mend and hopefully heal her heart before starting a relationship with another man. She did not parade a new object of affection in a public magazine a few measly weeks after splitting up with someone she deeply loved.. and has not (yet) given an interview on this new guy. (This is not a dig at John) She was bound to start seeing someone again someday .. she couldn't have waited around for John for the rest of her life, could she? It was inevitable that she would get snapped up she is a gorgeous girl with an H'AMAZING personality She deserves some fun and happiness. (And if he hurts her, I will kick his sorry behind!!!!) I hated the thought of Josie being lonely while John was supposedly the 'happiest he's ever been.'
Now the tables have turned, I hope hope HOPE that John really, truly is as happy as many assume he is. I also, hate the thought of John being lonely while Josie is apparently so happy (maybe the happiest she has ever been too?) It may feel strange for him to know that she is with someone else now .. just as it was for her.. we don't know his relationship status at the moment and I imagine he will keep it this way now.
The question comparing John and Luke's hotness was idiotic!!!! (Clearly, it's our fella - 100%!!) But I was getting angrrrrry now when I read that! Similarly, my blood was boiling when the same mag compared Josie's vital stats to Sherrie's - both of these comparisons were unnecessary!!!!! But then, as John and Josie's relationship was their first in the public eye - their relationship with each other is always, always, ALWAYS going to be compared even if they do get married to other men and women!!
FLUFFY, FAIRYTALE PERSPECTIVE:
All I've ever wanted was for them to be happy (yes, originally that was with each other) and if this is the way they are happier - so be it! If they really, truly are as over the moon, doing cartwheels, feeling butterflies in their stomach, on top of the world joyfully happy and content then I am happy too... I don't want them to be sad or angry any more.
I had been worried about them both so much .. it still feels weird after all these months to hear about them being in other relationships (however serious or casual these are/were/will be) .. I still do not want to see any pictures of this fella (sorry Jose) or of this girly (sorry John) - that is my personal preference or read about either of them! However, if this is forthcoming I will simply squeeze my eyes tightly shut and sing la la la with my hands over my ears. I'm not interested, sorry. Knowing you are happy, is enough.
They may be apart now and this is just the way it has to be for now. Who's to say that will be forever? Someday they could easily be friends again. If they are in happier places then the anger, bitterness, resentment and grudges have hopefully subsided .. They will certainly always carry around lovely memories of each other and have a special chamber in their heart reserved for each other ...It still doesn't feel like their 'story' has finished.. their happily-ever-after has not arrived .. their angel fathers will be watching over them (as Conchie's legendary post spoke of) .. who can say how this story will conclude? Let's keep watching the wheels, keep appreciating, loving and wishing them wonderful lives .. ANGRY perspective -
The anti-Josie loys are nooooot happy about it, are they??? Can they actually hear how PATHETIC they sound?! They accuse Josie of lying for not daring to divulge every inch of her personal life immediately the way they expected her to (like the way they condemned her for sharing TOO much of her feelings about John pre and post split)!! You'd think they'd be glad and relieved that she is seeing another guy .. And remember, despite all their protests on how so very uninterested they are about her life and wishing her ill, sending her abusive tweets, they STILL continue to: scour the web for every itty bitty detail they can find to twist and yell to anyone who will listen about how BAD she is!!
they continue to go out of their way to mock those who DO like and support Josie and to be abusive to her supporters (likewise some of the muckers do the same to John and his supporters and it is not cool from whoever you are - whoever you support) They stiiiiill spend the majority of their time on social networking sites to slate her for anything and everything .. and use any opportunity to make digs about her character. And yes, they still read everything she says and watch every show she appears on (just in case she does something they can pounce on!!) BUT they scream and shout about how they don't give two figs about her!! Hmmm,, they sure waste a lot of time and energy on someone they apparently couldn't care less about. I keep trying to move on but I can't stop feeling that way about them.

I am with you on this, however as much as I try to forget about them and realise that they are over and may never get back together I still cannot stop thinking about them and I cannot picture them growing old with anyone else.

And remember, despite all their protests on how so very uninterested they are about her life and wishing her ill, sending her abusive tweets, they STILL continue to: scour the web for every itty bitty detail they can find to twist and yell to anyone who will listen about how BAD she is!!
they continue to go out of their way to mock those who DO like and support Josie and to be abusive to her supporters (likewise some of the muckers do the same to John and his supporters and it is not cool from whoever you are - whoever you support) They stiiiiill spend the majority of their time on social networking sites to slate her for anything and everything .. and use any opportunity to make digs about her character. And yes, they still read everything she says and watch every show she appears on (just in case she does something they can pounce on!!) BUT they scream and shout about how they don't give two figs about her!! Hmmm,, they sure waste a lot of time and energy on someone they apparently couldn't care less about. RATIONAL AND OBJECTIVE PERSPECTIVE (ish) - Josie has taken these near 6 months to mend and hopefully heal her heart before starting a relationship with another man. She did not parade a new object of affection in a public magazine a few measly weeks after splitting up with someone she deeply loved.. and has not (yet) given an interview on this new guy. (This is not a dig at John) She was bound to start seeing someone again someday .. she couldn't have waited around for John for the rest of her life, could she? It was inevitable that she would get snapped up she is a gorgeous girl with an H'AMAZING personality
She deserves some fun and happiness. (And if he hurts her, I will kick his sorry behind!!!!) I hated the thought of Josie being lonely while John was supposedly the 'happiest he's ever been.'Now the tables have turned, I hope hope HOPE that John really, truly is as happy as many assume he is. I also, hate the thought of John being lonely while Josie is apparently so happy (maybe the happiest she has ever been too?) It may feel strange for him to know that she is with someone else now .. just as it was for her.. we don't know his relationship status at the moment and I imagine he will keep it this way now.
The question comparing John and Luke's hotness was idiotic!!!! (Clearly, it's our fella - 100%!!) But I was getting angrrrrry now when I read that! Similarly, my blood was boiling when the same mag compared Josie's vital stats to Sherrie's - both of these comparisons were unnecessary!!!!! But then, as John and Josie's relationship was their first in the public eye - their relationship with each other is always, always, ALWAYS going to be compared even if they do get married to other men and women!!
FLUFFY, FAIRYTALE PERSPECTIVE:
All I've ever wanted was for them to be happy (yes, originally that was with each other) and if this is the way they are happier - so be it! If they really, truly are as over the moon, doing cartwheels, feeling butterflies in their stomach, on top of the world joyfully happy and content then I am happy too... I don't want them to be sad or angry any more.
I had been worried about them both so much .. it still feels weird after all these months to hear about them being in other relationships (however serious or casual these are/were/will be) .. I still do not want to see any pictures of this fella (sorry Jose) or of this girly (sorry John) - that is my personal preference or read about either of them! However, if this is forthcoming I will simply squeeze my eyes tightly shut and sing la la la with my hands over my ears. I'm not interested, sorry. Knowing you are happy, is enough.
They may be apart now and this is just the way it has to be for now. Who's to say that will be forever? Someday they could easily be friends again. If they are in happier places then the anger, bitterness, resentment and grudges have hopefully subsided .. They will certainly always carry around lovely memories of each other and have a special chamber in their heart reserved for each other ...It still doesn't feel like their 'story' has finished.. their happily-ever-after has not arrived .. their angel fathers will be watching over them (as Conchie's legendary post spoke of) .. who can say how this story will conclude? Let's keep watching the wheels, keep appreciating, loving and wishing them wonderful lives .. If it's meant to be, fate will intervene ... but no matter what it was love, it was REAL, and it was bloooomin' BEAUTIFUL
