Torn between a blue cheese and bacon burger or cous cous with aubergine & halloumi.

The burger is winning out at the moment but I do need to use up those other ingredients at some point.

The burger sounds delicious

I'm having chicken fajitas tonight followed by a piece of my raspberry and chocolate cheesecake.

I went for the mediterreanean route.

Chargrilled lamb, aubergine and halloumi with jewelled cous cous (roasted peppers, onions, garlic, chicken stock, mint, coriander, parsley) with lemon dressing and toasted pumkin seeds on top

Sounds yummy! We had quorn sausages, bacon, poached egg, mushrooms and baked beans in the end, I'll use the brisket tomorrow

Just made a chocolate cake with peanut butter icing for pud, dinner is going to be chicken curry and daal, so the brisket will have to wait a little longer!

We're having lamb breast with minted new poatoes, minted garden peas, carrot and parsnip mash and a couple of Yorkshires.

It was very nice considering it was cous cous. I'm not a fan of it but the meal needed cous cous or bulgar wheat. I don't think it would have worked as well with rice.
If I ever find Fregula or Orzo i'd give that a try with it.

Jacket spud filled with mature cheddar cheese, unsmoked rindless bacon and Bertolli spread (well, you do have to consider your health, eh)
