Torn between a blue cheese and bacon burger or cous cous with aubergine & halloumi.
The burger is winning out at the moment but I do need to use up those other ingredients at some point. |

I went for the mediterreanean route.
Chargrilled lamb, aubergine and halloumi with jewelled cous cous (roasted peppers, onions, garlic, chicken stock, mint, coriander, parsley) with lemon dressing and toasted pumkin seeds on top

hmmm not sure. I have some fake halloumi so make that in pittas.... maybe not.

Just made a chocolate cake with peanut butter icing for pud, dinner is going to be chicken curry and daal, so the brisket will have to wait a little longer!

We're having lamb breast with minted new poatoes, minted garden peas, carrot and parsnip mash and a couple of Yorkshires.

I did baked halloumi, peppers and mushrooms. With potato wedges.
O/H brouight me toblerone from his trip, yummmmmy Tonight well there is no food in house apart from tins.... so maybe bean taco's |
