I'm generally in favour of using fresh ingredients wherever possible, but I have to say that this really appeals to me, as I'm not fond of peeling and chopping garlic.

seems that cofresh flat pack garlic cubes are now in stock at my local supermarket. just bought 2 packets. @84p each.. i will try a cube tonight.. hope they will be strong and pure tasting....
compared to the tiny crushed frozen ones by sainsbury's own.. which contain too much lemon juice and olive oil. for easy pushing out

Now i cannot find the frozen garlic anywhere... most suppliers and supermarkets have the doriot make, or their own, which are all the size of sugar cubes.. with added lemon and oil... not the one's i want..


Anyone know where i can get the bags of large cubes from??? thanks..
