Coronation Street Queries
Right, I'm utterly bored at the mo, and this place is full of EastEnders threads so here goes...
If anyone wants to ask me anything at all about Coronation Street then please feel free to, ask me anything, especially things from "the old days".... From actors and characters, to things about the set, filming locations and Weatherfield itself....try me and see if I know! |

Steve Tanner (met him in the war, married him, moved to America with him and left after a short time). Alan Howard (she moved to Newcastle with him, but it didn't work out). I think that's right. |

When Harry and Concepta moved to Ireland in 1964, Lucille remained in Weatherfield to continue her schooling, and moved into the Rovers with Jack and Annie Walker. She was in the Street up until 1974 when the actress, Jennifer Moss, was sacked for being an alcoholic. Lucille was the soap's original "teenage rebel". |

*Struggles to think of a question Ben might not be able to answer....
How many cobble stones are there on the street? Nah.. What happened to that friend of Richard Hillman's wife Patricia, who suspected he was a murderer? I only recently remembered her.. but can you please tell me where did she go Ben?

Funnily enough, Lucille's dad Harry was killed in 1967, on the way to Elsie and Steve's wedding. The jack he was using to fix Len Fairlough's van gave way, and he was crushed by the van. No, Samir's murderers were never caught. |

Another question. How many bedrooms are in the Rovers, I've given up on the mystery of the toilets, but I'venever known about how many rooms the Rovers has. Also a recent question (why can I recall things that happened before I was born, and yet not be able to remember what happened in the last year?!!) Was Tracy & Roy's marriage annulled, or did they get divorced?

without using Corrie.net I'd guess 6 or 7...of which one was Chris Gascoine and another was Linus Roache (Bill Roache's own son)....I think another was that guy out of Heartbeat, the plumpish one who looks a bit like Eddie Yeats! You stumped me on that one well done

I know that Roy started annullment proceedings, and there was an episode a few weeks ago where Roy presented Hayley with the document to show that he and Tracy were no longer married. I'm the same as you, I can hardly remember any recent info! |
