I think the reflection is in the camera lens, rather than a mirror.
Its not just this season, BB Aus has always been tough on nomination reasons , in fact before, if they werent happy with the reason, they would shift those points to the person trying to nominate instead. You may see that again later in the series.
The boys that ended up nominated were the ones I would have picked, I don't think I'd miss any of them.
