Does anybody know how to change the channel that the RF output of this VCR uses as I am getting interference.

OK Found out how

1. first you put VCR in sleep mode with standby button on vcr

2. then you press the channel up and channel down buttons on vcr

3. you can then choose the RF channel using the up nad down buttons
