Help! Recipes for cancer cook book
Hi Guys
Every year my friend does a recipe cook book which she sells to raise money for McMillan Nurses. She has exhausted all her friends recipes so wondered if anyone here can help. She has a section on almost everything from starter, mains, desserts, cakes and biscuits and even a section on toddler food. Please add either here or PM me your favourite recipe(s) in word format or put it here If you want to be credited please leave a name not a real one if you want to remain anonymous. Just a first name will do. I need the recipes also by Monday at the latest I hope someone can help because this is such a great cause Many thanks |

I suppose it's better cooked than raw, but I still don't fancy eating it.

I've got a baking blog which is a collection of chefs recipes with my own random additions/tweaks! Goes on for three or four pages if you scroll down so there is plenty (some good, some HIDEOUS lol).
I recommend the Malteser Cake though! Good luck to your friend ![]() http://littlemunchkin.wordpress.com/ http://littlemunchkin.wordpress.com/...malteser-cake/ |

Chocolate Cheesecake
I just made this and scoffed half, it's amazing. Base 250g bourbon biscuits, crushed 70g melted butter Melt the butter and mix in the biscuits. Press into a lined, round tin and put in fridge. Filling 150g plain chocolate, melted 2 tablespoons cocoa 120 ml double cream, whipped 200g cream cheese 50g-100g icing sugar, add 50g then taste as some like it bitter some like it sweet. Whip the cream then blend in the cheese and cocoa and icing sugar then mix in chocolate. Pour in and grate over some plain chocolate. Fridge for at least 2 hours. Delish. |
