Nandos wild herb peri peri. Can't find it in the shops so have to settle for their hot peri peri sauce instead.

Recently it's been hot sauce.
I've currently been using Frank's Red Hot and Louisiana Hot Sauce. I'd still say that Cholula is my favourite though. |

I used to have harisa with everything, but now I choose a different one for different foods.
Chips = tomato ketchup Bacon, black pudding, square sausage = HP sauce Sausage sandwich = english mustard (sorry Danny, it ruins the game!) |

Right now it's a I'm loving the HTK with Balsamic, and Reggae Reggae sauce.
Although for the sausage sandwich, the correct answer is both HTK and HP |

Sambal Badjak. Packs a bit of heat without scorching. Has a nice depth of flavour. Goes very well with all kinds of sandwiches, meat, (fried) eggs and of course Indonesian dishes.

Encona West Indian Hot Chilli Sauce - I put it on everything, I'll even quite happily have a plate of oven chips with this poured all over them for lunch.
Nandos Peri Peri Sauce, Extra Hot - Like above but not as good as. Salad Cream. And for a roast dinner, mint jelly, regardless of what meat I am having. It goes on my potatoes. |
