The A-Team is on next Saturday. I'm 99% sure it's already premiered, but I can't find it listed in this thread. It was only out in 2010, so I could be wrong.

Next
Sunday 29th October
Channel 5
9pm-11:05
Think that's on Channel 4, not 5

Not sure what 'it' is but Next is on Five and the A Team is on Channel 4.

It's a shame 5 have Next as it will be split in half by the news and have the Dog over it, and probably an IPP.

I would expect a huge audience for that.

Any news on The Karate Kid (2010), if it'll be shown on TV?

Try contacting Five to see if they have any plans to show it

Wow, a 3 minute news update during the film. What an inconvenience!

DOGs (every single HD channel for starters) and IPPs are commonplace elsewhere so ludicrous to single out one channel.

5's season of film premieres has been great and this is reflected in the viewing figures (1.7m for Next last night). Looking forward to seeing Valkyrie and The Expendables which are both due soon, the former in a little under a fortnight's time.

It's rubbish too. Avoid.

That's definitely been on BBC2 before, it was a BBC Films production so it premiered on the BBC pretty quickly (it bypassed Sky Movies).

The Expendables will do well, not sure on Valkyrie, surprised Next did so well beating the ratings of The Book of Eli. Guess viewers like Nicolas Cage films. They should have more premieres after Celebrity Big Brother has finished in early February.

Sure both of these have been shown before
Valkyrie hasn't but The Men who Stare at Goats was on BBC Two a year ago.

Strangely the planner I use (at viewfilm.net) has SOUL MEN on BBC2, Sunday 11th at 11pm rather than THE MEN WHO STARE AT GOATS. Just prior to that is Dario Argento's THE BIRD WITH THE CRYSTAL PLUMAGE on BBC4 at 10pm, which I'm not sure has been on terrestrial before.

Similarly, Channel 4 are showing three Jan Svankmeier films this week, from Monday - Wednesday late at night, SURVIVING LIFE, LUNACY and CONSPIRATORS OF PLEASURE. I have no idea if/how many of those have been on previously.

One real surprise is that Film4 are showing KILL LIST already. It's on Sat 10th at 10.50pm. Looking forward to that one!

Toy Story 3 and Karate Kid are likely to be at least 3 years, so 2013-2014.

Home Alone more than likely within the year at Christmas time.

I've still got that on my PVR from when Film4 showed it, never got round to watching it.

Predators has now been replaced by Transformers. Channel 5 on Sunday night is an old film, so no Expendables.
