its a popular song in crappy nightclubs, etc, and no matter where you go... it always happenes!

maybe it was a fault with the original recording? if so... how on earth did they not notice it!

if it was being played on vinyl then maybe it was a pressing error? sometimes that happens in large bulk quantities, could even be that there was an error on one of the masters.
