Out Of Area
Hi I wonder if anyone can help, I live in spain, and have been receiving only recently calls with out of area showing in display when they connect they last for 15 minutes and then just die, the caller on occasions has phoned back using exactly the same phone number and this has come up as Out of Area again but the connection lasts past the 15 minutes. So it is only on initial call coming through.
It doesnt matter if landline, or mobile incoming call. Other calls at other times show caller number and are normal calls. Is this because it is somethng to do with spanish telephone system or unique to my landline ?Or any other reasons I am just really looking for some insight and help at this stage so welcome any help. |

Out of area in the UK usually means calls from abroad. Normally OUT OF AREA means the call is orinating from an area oustide that ares normal location. As an example you could live in say Brighton but could if you wanted have a London number. This would show as an out of area number |
